When trying to purchase four trailer tires, the web site was non functional. I repeatedly entered the info, and the system would not accept the order. I phoned and a pleasant but unknowlegeable person said they were having issues. I tried repeatedly and ended up having to place the order by phone. When on line, they solicited my phone number in return for a discount code, then wouldn't accept the code for the purchase which resulted in a bunch of texts and spam calls. Depsite having received the tires, I received repeated texts asking me to complete my order on line. When I received the tires they were three years old. I contacted the manufacturer as I was concerned about utilizing them due to degredation. They informed me that the warrantly was six years from the manufacture date, so I would only have three years left on the warranty. The manufacturer had never heard of Simple Tire and weren't sure how they got the tires. I phoned and was given an excuse about their inventory management approach. I asked to speak to a support specialist, none answered and I unable to leave a message. I received an e-mail after hours, I responded with the details and never hear back so I couldn't even exchange the tires. I have purchased a lot of tires in my life, have never had an experience like this one.

As a Christian minister I always look for the good in not just people but well run businesses as well. Before I was ordained back in 1992 i was the lead technician at the local Town Fair Tire, Their business model back then was all about free tire services and long term customer service. In my first year our store sold over $250,000 in tires and services. Customer free maintenance, flat repair, tire rotation and snow tire swaps twice a year. Not so much anymore. At simple Tire I gound a diamond in the rough, I was shopping tires by size on E-bay and ordered 4 tires from Simple Tire. The same day Simple Tire contacted me to say Thanx and that they had been shipped. I read the invoice and realized they were the wrong size for my application. The tires were the correct brand and style i wanted yet a smaller size, My mistake when i looked at my electronic invoice and signature. I called them late in the day to let them know my mistake. The phone was answered by a woman staff member who completely understood my situation. She not only cancelled the delivery of the truck that already left for delivery but suggested a tire they had 4 in stock a better tire not only in tread life but a higher speed rating as well. It became very apparent the entire office staff knew more about modern tires than i did.The correct size tires were more expensive than my original order and to my surprise 2 days later the correct size tires were at my door. The office staff had refunded all my money to my debit account then rebilled me the same amount for the more expensive better quality tires same price same 2 day delivery, saving me not only the price difference but allowed me to fulfill my customer order and installation but allowed me to Pay It Forward saving my customer money, exceeding his expectations.
