The live chat was very helpful. I couldn't get an sound on the class so I did a live chat. They were back with me within a few minutes. I was told to try going through chrome so I did and everything was fine with the sound.

So far your website has been simple and well laid out. Finding what I want was easy and checkout was hassle free.
