It's simply amazing and very easy

Called several times to get help, first reply was great, second time I was hung up on and had to call back. PLEASE improve the was the course is implemented. I am a company and ran out of "courses" but had no way to know, couldn't get in and had to call the second time, and as I said was hung up on, and had to call back. The whole process too way to much time, I was paying these employees to watch me get this program to work.

I have been a nurse for 41 years, and found it refreshing to be able to recertify my CPR on line. Great idea. They made it very simple.

Material was very easy to understand. Being able to log back in if you can't finish in one sitting was great. You can also get your card the same day, which is helpful if you need it ASAP.
