I found the entire to be a very positive experience. The videos/scenarios were short, informative and repeatable. It also allows student to stop and start as necessary. I recommend this course to businesses and people who need basic CPR and first aid certification.

Easy peezy
If you haven't got time to sit in a classroom or like me, in an isolated town, this is perfect.

Not for those who need hands on practice, but for me, who has treated over 200 cardiac arrests in 7 years, it's perfect

This is my first time learning about cpr and this website helped me learn alot. The price was very affordable and everything is just perfect. I would recommend this to anyone whose looking for getting a job that requires cpr training.

Quick and easy. I've been trained before but let my certification lapse. I wouldn't recommend so much for a first time certification, but if you've taken the course in person before it is a great option.

Better than going to a class room.too many students and you don't really understand everything but the online class is perfect, if i can give it a 10 i will but i can give only 5 stars,thanks i enjoy my time i hope that the two years come soon again thank you and God bless

The only question that was never answered in email was is it approved in canada/the card to print reflects U.S.I find online training great for those that have done this for years and dont need the hands on portion over and over

This is the first time that I have taken an online CPR/First Aid course. It was informative and a great course for recertification. The exams cover the material just learned in the courses. If you miss a question or two, you take the test again. Not bad!

It was great this is my 2 nd time both times course was great just would like to be able to print the cards so my employer has them on file after the course rather than wait til I receive them in the mail

It has been easy to sign up except for a few website glitches. First, I received a message "illegal procedure" when I checked the 'billing address is the same as mailing address' box. Then, Canadian provinces didn't pop up initially for 'state/province' box under billing address. They were available to select when I reviewed the order.

Course was well presented, clear and easy to navigate. Only problem I ran into was that occasionally, the slide/video would not play. I found that if I hit the "back" arrow and then forward again, that seemed to solve the problem. A minor annoyance in an overall good experience.

I am so happy that I have found a much easier and quicker way of renewing my CPR/First aid certification. I have taken the courses several times and as a very busy child care director I don't have a lot of extra time to sit in a class every 2 years just to review and receive my re-certification. So happy I was able to come across a much easier way for my employees and I to complete this! Ty

This is a quick, easy way to obtain your first Aid CPR certification. I work a full-time job and have a coaching position as well. I don't have time to wait to attend the next class available so my friend told me this was another way I could achieve my certification.

Basic knowledge about cpr and first aid is given in course. Just make sure when u purchase this course amount shown and taken from ur account Will b different and when u will ask from them...reply will b that its in US $. And thats the thing which really makes unhappy

On the test there was questions that wasn't covered in the chapter or section you had to read before the quiz, thankfully I already knew this stuff, but if you have someone that doesn't how are they to read and understand these things if it's not readily available to read then test or be quizzed over it.

Sometimes the program was slow to load.
It would have been helpful to know that I could have done each test immediately after completing each unit. I only realized it after I completed reviewing all of the units.
In all it was well organized and thorough and a positive experience. I will recommend this course to others.

Easy to use and access. I just wish the exchange on the Canadian dollar wasn't so high. If our dollar keeps falling this will probably be the last time I'll use your product and look for something that is in Canadian dollars.

This was a great refresher course. The videos are great even if someone is getting certified for the first time. Love the updated procedures and overall great for myself. 5 stars all the way. Thanks so much

Being a RN who has completed CPR training and emergency triage experience this was the way to go to keep my certification valid. Not an appropriate course for those who do not have physical teaching and experience.
