I was contacted by Simple.biz to make a website. I told them about the website that I had and asked whether they could update it. They said yes and said it would be $149/mo. Two months later, absolutely nothing had been done. So, I called in and asked to cancel. They said they would cancel, but then charged me again for a third month. So, I went over their website to try to figure out their address or company name or anyone to contact. But, there's no information. WHOIS lookup doesn't show anything either.
