Darlene has been fantastic, she responds promptly and is very attentive. The reason for my rating, however, is that I was told the process would take about three weeks, yet I've already started being charged the monthly hosting fee for services that haven't been rendered. I still don't have a website, and it's not being hosted or managed by SimpleBiz yet.

I asked to be removed from this company's calling list multiple times. I blocked them & they still persisted with harassing phone calls. What kind of legitimate business conducts business this way? They also would call very early in the morning long before my business was even open, so they must be on the West Coast or outsourcing these harassing calls.
I intend on reporting them to the appropriate governmental entities, including the commerce commission.
Put a procedure in place for removal that your employees can use or cease doing cold-calls.

I was grateful that the onboarding and preparation was easy and the team worked with my busy schedule. Seeing the website the first time was such a thrill and I had some examples that I fashioned it off of it and then my designer worked with me to tighten it up and make it wonderful. Got a call from these people to work on my website claiming to be "local" (I am in Philadelphia, Pa US so if they tell you local, who knows?) "No thanks" I said and then the guy just hung up on me.

We have partners in 70 US markets -- in nearly every state -- but the person answering our phone for you could have been from any of those places. We hope the disconnection was accidental; hanging up on a customer is unthinkable and unacceptable. We cannot find you in our system, but if you will call and ask for our customer service manager, Scott, I promise we will find the original call record and find out what happened. This business has harassing marketing tactics! I have complained 4 times to the BBB and each time this company says they will not contact us further and yet here we are again with another harassing phone call. Are you all so hard up for business you have to drive people crazy? Do you think people will sign up to use you if you call them 500 times a day? The person I interacted with was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, to the point where I was actually motivated to speak up about it. It's unfortunate, because first impressions matter. If this individual is representing your company—whether you're the owner or manager—you may want to seriously reconsider their role. Rudeness and lack of basic courtesy reflect poorly on your brand and suggest a lack of training or oversight. They call me EVERY SINGLE MORNING. Same caller ID different number (same area code though) at 5am and wake me up. I have asked them 37 times now to stop calling me. They have called me over 100 times in 4 months. They are a horrific company and are scam artists. How horrific to be woken up every single day! I tried blocking their number, doesn't work when they have a zillion numbers to call you from. I wish I could sue them. I really do. I think they are going to give me a mental breakdown. And as we all know people with mental issues tend to do crazy things!

Called in to add statements to my website. Bill, answer my call. He checked his email responded to my email. He got to work right away on my website adding my insurance, my bond and my license. He did a great job of getting it done as soon as possible which before other project managers would not respond to my emails or the work they said they were gonna do to my website They took forever thank you very much for doing a good work. And I have two websites with simple biz and they're doing an excellent work updating them.
Answer: He sometimes has picked up on the 888 207-7023 number. Yet it has been months since I spoke to him and it was only once for a short few minutes. He said he would have someone get back with me to discuss the issue.
