I have ordered two bikinis over 3 month ago and I haven't received them. Every time I emailed them they answered the same thing. They didn't give a tracking number so I can't even return it. Don't ever buy there!
I asked for a bikini and I loved it! They were always in touch with me and warned me that it might be delayed due to the problems caused by covid - 19 all over the world. It arrived in perfect condition and with a nice presentation. I would buy again
The fabric of their bikinis is really perfect, I haven't felt comfortable in a bikini for a long time but these pieces make me feel safe!

They have enormous creativity when it comes to designing their bikinis, I have been a Simone client for a year and I love them!
I was bombarded by ads online so I thought I would try it out, I ordered 2 suits, 2 months later and I haven't received a shipping notice, let alone my suits. I've tried to contact this company over 5 times and I've had an email response that their email could be a scam and it bounced back after the last email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete and utter SCAM.

It took me 2 months to get my bikinis and when I did so the material was horrible. Wrong size and really bad Costumer service.
I have to pay to ship it back and they force me to get another item, they don't refund your money!

This website is complete bull$#*!. I ordered a bathing suit back in July and still on Nov. 30th have not received it. I have contacted them via Instagram, email but can't seem to get my swimsuit OR a refund. DONT ORDER FROM THEM BC YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!
This is a complete scam and joke of a company-if you can even call it that. 6 weeks and counting for my order to arrive, the email communication has been a total joke. First, the way they are written-extensively, repetitive and with emoji uses like a 9 year old playing CEO and secondly falsely promising to deliver on a weekly basis. They refused to cancel my order after a month because "it was already processed and the system doesn't allow it". At this point, It feels like they've stolen my money. Stay away!
They said 3 days which I thought would be a long shot. Well now it's been over 5 weeks and I keep hearing "it's processing, it'll be there Friday". "We don't work on the weekends, it'll be there Monday".
It's honestly a scam and I they won't let me cancel and get my money back".
It's been 2 months and received nothing. Keep on telling me they have delays and I can expect my order confirmation next week.
Asked for full refund and they send me their return policy.

I don't recommend this site. I ordered my bikinis a month ago with the idea it would take 3-5 business days as the website stated. They only allow positive reviews to be posted to their site. Neither Simone USA, Simone Beachwear, or Simone Bikinis are registered business names, meaning they don't even have a business license. All in all, this site is a scam, don't waste your time or money.
I highly do not recommend this brand, please look the other way and ruuuuuuuuunn. I placed my order four weeks ago but have yet to receive my order or a tracking number for my order, which was supposed to be "ready to ship" in 3-5 days. I dropped customer service an email - rejected. Dropped sales an email - also got rejected. I filled in the form on their website, got sent to junk. I'm honestly beginning to wonder if there is even a company behind the website or is it all a facade. Worst online shopping experience ever. Ever ever.

This is a scam do not order from this site. They will give you the run around and make a bunch of excuses. They delete negative messages from the instagram posts. Initially they responded to my DMs and now have started avoiding my messages all together. Just absolutely horrible experience. And still have not received my order and more than likely never will.
I ordered a bathing suit from this dump of a scam website months ago. It never came, and when asked for a refund, I got an email stating that it was moved to the shipping floor so I couldn't cancel. Needless to say, it never came. This pathetic "business" is run by Angella Simone. She is a thief and a scam artist. Your products won't arrive. Several people comment on her Facebook page and Instagram page stating that this is a scam, but she deletes the comments and then blocks you. This is fraud. She deserves to be in jail. I am infuriated with this psychotic $#*!.
This company is trash. Their customer service is unacceptable. I purchased 2 bathing suits from here in July 2020. I never received any tracking information for my package, so a few weeks later, I started to email them inquiring about my package. Every week I would ask them where my tracking information was and they responded with the same USELESS message for 2 MONTHS "When I see your order number, the shipping department keeps telling me that your order has been processed and is waiting for a tracking number this week"
Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this company. They stole my money and then didn't even care to keep a customer happy.
I ordered a bikini for my daughter's birthday, as requested. It's been three months. No swimsuit ever arrived, and my many emails and enquiries have led to the same poorly written excuses each time- but no swimsuit has ever been shipped to me. I've contacted them Via FaceBook, Instagram, even contacted the owner of the site directly and asked her to do the right thing, but nothing. It's clearly a scam. I warned them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau and would dispute the charge with my bank. Today I filed a claim with my bank to get my money back and I encourage everyone else to do the same, and file a complaint about this company.
Ordered a swimsuit top and bottom. They said it shipped with no tracking number. I emailed asking for a tracking number and they said "by the end of the week". I have gotten this same response multiple times in a month! They stopped responding when I beg for a tracking number! Now I asked for a refund, and they have disappeared.
Ordered a bikini in June 2020... it is now October 2020, still no bikini! Customer service is AWFUL. When you complain they tell you that "your order is being processed." They also refuse refunds and tell you that you can exchange the bikini for store credit. How can I exchange a bikini that I didn't even receive yet?! I would give 0 stars if I could. This store is a scam and should be shut down immediately.
