I am about to possibly purchase this dress, but I was wondering if anyone who had already purchased and received the dress, could possibly post pictures of what it looks like once I recently ordered this dress for my prom and it is absolutely stunning! The quality is excellent! For me though, the v neck is a little too deep for a prom but overall i am so in love with the dress! I never received my dress and they are telling me I have to file a claim with the delivery service and refusing to give me my money back. I did not pay the delivery service. I paid them and they should be dealing with them, not me. They offered me a 10% refund for an expensive item that I never received. They are totally ripping me off because they are too lazy to deal with their shipping company. The shipping company said I had to deal with them. Nice scam!

My daughter purchased a prom dress from this company online (www.simidress.com). The dress received was not the same color as depicted on the site. We contacted the company within the 48 hour window after receipt of the dress, per their return policy, to initiate the return. We contacted them via email, which was the only contact information provided. We sent the email in response to one of their emails.

When a response was not received after a week, I called the phone number on the credit card transaction, only to discover it was incorrect. Several signs seem to indicate this company is sketchy, but my teenage daugher did not notice them. The email address is a gmail account. No physical address is listed. Return policy only provides 48-hours to contact them after receipt of dress. Copyright date on website is 2018. Finally, as we were unable to return the dress, we had to open a dispute with our credit card company.

I needed a homecoming dress in a week because my previous dress was not what I wanted (from different website). After a long time searching, I came across this website. At first I was very skeptical but after reading the ratings on different websites I decided why not and take the risk. I decided to email them to make sure that they could have my dress at my house by homecoming and they were very quick to reply (within the day) and were very polite. When the dress came in, I was happy with the way it turned out since I included my measurements and the dress fit me perfectly. Only thing I would warn future customers is that the dresses AND SHIPPING (I paid for express and was very pricy) are quite pricey and are shipped from China which means that shipping could take a while.

I would love to post pictures! The dresses were stunning, professional, and exact! Dresses were needed at the very last second. They made 7 dresses and had them here on less than 3 weeks. I am expressed and in Awe with their quick and warm communication. Thank you very much! You are the best. MANY BLESSINGS TO YOUR COMPANY AND TOUR STAFF!

I don't even have a dress to complain about. Listen, these other review are not lying. This company is a scam. I bought a dress for my wedding. I even paid for faster shipping. They assured me that it would be done and to me in time for a fitting and adjustments and everything. A month later, I checked in and they said although things were a little behind schedule, I'd still get it in time. As we got closer to time, I was lied to about it being shipped the next day which extended to the next week. They told me May was a holiday and workers had time off. You didn't know that ahead of time? They even had the nerve to ask me to change my wedding date. When I refused (because that is UTTERLY RIDICULOUS), they asked if I could use it as an anniversary dress or resale it so they didn't have to deal with it and the loss. How is that my responsibility? Let me reiterate, it had not even been shipped less than a week before my wedding! Now, I am scrambling to find a dress to get married in. This company is unprofessional. DO NOT DO IT. I know the prices are nice and the styles are cute, YOU WILL REGRET IT! Spend more money on a sure thing or go to Amazon.
