I ordered the Silpada "Lighthearted" Natural Mother of Pearl Heart Pendant Necklace from Amazon and was so incredibly happy with my purchase. It is absolutely breathtaking! I can't wait to order another necklace. Beautiful!
Silpada charged me $15 for 2-day shipping, with a prominently-promised arrival date on their website. The item arrived 5 days late. They won't fully refund the extra charge. Standard shipping would have been free, and just as fast. As it turns out, they knew they were having problems with their shipper, but promised -- and charged for -- 2-day shipping regardless.
Purchased the September earrings for my daughters birthday. She is highly allergic to metals including gold and can only wear sterling silver jewelry. Well fast forward, her ears have become sore, swollen & red from wearing the earrings that are being sold as sterling silver. Obviously they're not, and the company does not accept returns/refunds even though they are at fault for false advertising!
I have been a Silpada customer for over 15 years, not had a problem and really enjoyed my pieces. I recently bought 8 pieces $252.00. Tried to return an item after the 60 day return policy, 10 days over. They refused to take it back or exchange it. Will never spend another dollar and will share my dissatisfaction with family, friends and co-workers.
Very intricate, lots of details, almost overwhelming amount of information, though very honest business. Silpada jewelry is high quality, creative pieces that you'd normally find in an expensive boutique store. Believe me, it's WAY COOLER to see, touch & try on the pieces than just looking at them online. Selecting one of the photos from horizontal montage in middle of website enlarges them, then zeroing in more on little white flashing orbs within the photo reveals more details about each piece which I think's pretty cool. A Silpada party is way more fun and less pressure than in a store, especially if you like to still like to play "dress up" with your girlfriends.
I have purchased many pieces of Silpada jewelry and love everything! I did have a friend who had a bracelet that broke after a few months and it was replaced with no issues. Her new one has lasted a couple years. If you're looking for something different that will last, I definitely recommend Silpada.
I am afraid this website is a scam. I ordered a ring for my mother as a birthday gift. When I received the package in the mail it was open. It was not sealed properly and there was no ring inside. The sticky part of the envelope was sealed to the inside of the envelope. I emailed their customer service and received an automatic message stating their volume was higher than normal but that they would be following up. A week has now passed and I still have not received a follow up. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here. I have purchased a couple of Silpada rings from Amazon without any issues. I hope this review helps a potential customer. Do not purchase anything through Silpada.
Bought a ring for my daughter for Christmas. Every single ring she owns is a size 5, but this one ran unusually small. They don't allow exchanges (only return/reorder... meaning you have to pay shipping on the one you're sending back). Not ideal, but I was willing to do it. However, they won't take returns after 60 days... even during the holidays. I've left 6 messages on their "voicemail" without a single follow up, and sent 8 emails asking for someone to reach out to me. The only thing their canned, unprofessional response says is to return (which they DON'T ALLOW). Stay far away from this company that has NO interest in their customers being satisfied.
When one my co-workers started selling Silpada, I was impressed with most of the jewelry I purchased and may I add I purchased over $800 over a period of 6 months. Did not realize that half of my jewelry would start to turn rusty color or my silver pieces were not sterling silver and turned colors as well. All of this happened after 90 days of having my jewelry. I contacted my hostess and she too had relatives that were returning their items for the same reason. She called Silpada and of course they claim you cannot get a full refund after 60 days. So I asked what about the lifetime guarantee they give you. And not to mention the 60 day policy is not listed in any of their catalogs, they claim you can get another piece of jewelry. Why would I want to take a chance on buying more jewelry that is definitely not what they claim it to be. I am contacting Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. Calling their customer service department is a waste of time.
I had purchased many items from Silpada years ago and still enjoy them today. However, my more recent purchases in the past two years do not show the same quality and craftmanship and I am finding that the silver discolors quickly and the weight of the silver is substantially less than the older jewelry from them. Most of their gemstones are not real and have no value and the look cheap. The new ownership of this company is not living up to the same standards as the founding company. I don't recommend purchasing from them.
Ordered a lovely necklace & when it arrived it was too large for daily wear so I returned it to exchange it. Every time I checked in to the whereabouts of my new necklace I received a standard response basically not answering my question. The returned necklace was received by them on October 20th, its now November 10th & no necklace. I finally called the 1-800 number & left a message, they promised to get back to me in 2 hours on the recording & here it is 6 hours later & no call. I just want my money back at this point, nice jewelry but zero customer service means I won't try to shop here again.
I recieved my "Corner Street" ring today. I was hugely dissapointed. It was dull and severely tarnished and looked like it was already worn for years. Also it was not stamped. Its not worth the money I would have to pay in USD for shipping as I live in Canada... I just totally wasted my money. Lesson learned... I will never order from this company again!
I purchased 2 items and was emailed that they were shipped but on the day I was to receive them i tracked and saw they were out for delivery in North Carolina I live in Pennsylvania when I notified them of this mistake they said the wrong zip code was enter on there end and when they received the package back they would issue me a credit. I told them just to reroute it and send it to me as I still wanted the items. They told me know they could not do that I would have to reorder if I wanted them, I said no thanks issue my credit. Once I got the credit back on my card which happened to be a Amex gift card I went to use the card at a store and turns out no money on the card. I check the balance and it was used in small increments 4 days later for purchased in Hong Kong. This was the only place I used the card and they were the only ones who had the card information. Believe the whole thing was A Scam! Buyer beware
I bought a silpada onxy ring it cracked and the ring whopped. The customer service will not honor the lifetime warranty that was on my ring because they said they are a new group that took over silpada. Stay away from customer service like this or even company like this.
Beware: Did you know the original Silpada compnay was sold or bought out and ever since the jewelry is not the same. The jewelry you receive is not as depicted online, usually lacking the. 925 silver stamp and the Silpada arrow stamp that proves its authenticity. The replicas lack the fine etched details and fine quality gemstones Silpada is known for. The silver jewelry is light as a feather indicating cheap materials being used. Don't waste your money. After several times buying from from the Richline Group (online Sildpada), I've been very disappointed and return the jewelry every time.
The sales are worth waiting for! Even items already on sake will be discounted again. Free shipping is a major plus butt return shipping is on thr customer.

I live in Canada and purchased a set of stacking rings from the Silpada website.
The items were delivered fairly quickly, however, I was not impressed with the quality at all. The under gallery of the rings were solid, not allowing refraction of light in the stones, not as substantial as they seemed online and they looked nicer on-screen vs in person.
Yes, they have a 60-day return policy.
However, the cost to return the items is not covered by Silpada. The consumer is on the hook to pay the postage / insurance. Seriously.
I went to my post office yesterday to pop the package in the mail. The cost for the return? $32! To RETURN something. I could have bought a cute pair of earrings at Winners (and gotten to keep them!) for that.
It wouldn't be so bad if Silpada had a Canadian 'depot' address or something, that would accept returns. Nope. It had to be shipped to Florida.
Long story short, I will NEVER purchase anything from their website EVER again.
And if you live in Canada, I would advise the same to you.
