Is their "sterling silver" marked? I bought 2 necklaces and can't find a. 925 or other sterling mark anywhere on the pieces sold as sterling silver.

Is Silpada a scam or a legit company?

Answer:
Conducting themselves like a scam company. They have some nice items, but their customer service (or lack of it) isn't worth shopping with them.

Question:

How do I return a previous item for replacement? I was told to look under Legacy returns but can.t seem to find it. Is there a customer service phone number? I just ordered 2 new rings and can't wait for their arrival. Thanks.

Answer:
Silpada doesn't do exchanges, and only will allow returns for 60 days. Even during the holidays! Their customer service is severely lacking.
