So far the shop experience has been easy. However it give you multi-color option for logo but it actually is not an option.

I thought the website was easy to use. Lots of options. Excited to see my proof!

The product seems durable, the screen printing was nice. And you were able to get them to us by our deadline.

Love to see a mock up as I created it. Didn't love paying an extra $65 for a second color, making the "no set up fee" a bit obsolete.

Great, but I wanted to get the product with printing and the set up fee was a surprise cost. I ended up buying them blank.

I wish the lids fit a little better on the tumblers and that the minimum number for purchase was lower.

The product we bought which was a table cloth with logo came out very nice and the price was reasonable.

Good so far... pretty simple to order, I appreciate that I'm able to order more than one color of cup(s).

We got our water bottles with our logo in plenty of time for our party. They looked great and were just what we expected.

Great and the lady I ask for help was very nice and helpful. The bags were sent in a timely fashion and will be a great addition to our school store.

The customer service was very responsive. I would definitely would use Silk Letter's products again when the need arises.

I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of backpack compared to the picture. They were not as nice in person as they appeared.

Spelling was wrong but they are hopefully quickly replacing it. Proof was right...final print was wrong and misspelled. Not sure how that happens
