I've been trying to return a pair of jeans for over a week and have not been given a return authorization. I ordered 3 pairs of jeans to compare only to be told that 2/3 were out of stock. I am very dissatisfied with this site.

They possibly have the worst customer service in history. If you email them some days it takes 2 whole days to respond to an email. I guess it just depends if they feel like emailing you back or not. I ordered an item from them on February 1st so that I could receive it by Valentine's Day. Seemed like plenty of time. Ended up being delivered on February 15th.

They sent me a bunch of promotional emails about referral money so when my roommate decided to buy something from them I decided she could be my referral. After a few days there is still no referral reward showing in my account. Contact them and they say nothing we can do. Basically ignore my questions and if I get a response it sounds automated.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever had.

Bought a pair of shoes from them and wanted to return but was denied as the item was clearanced. Not sure why they are advertising free returns when clearly they do not accept returns. They seemed to be drop shipping the items as packages came in straight from the brand sellers.

I ordered an expensive handbag for my daughters 25th birthday celebration. It was 595.00 and was the group gift for the party. I ordered it 20 days before the party. I tried multiple times to find out when it was going to be shipped with no concrete response. They don't have a phone # to call and talk to an actual person. Not only did the handbag get delivered after the party but they shipped and charged me for two bags. I sent one handbag back and it took them a month to reimburse me. I will never shop with them again!

Sometimes they send it after 15 days but sometimes they ship it the next day... If you need it within 2 weeks, do not by from this web.
However, they offer very good price!
