I love the socks. Sometimes character socks have stitching that doesn't stretch these don't. I have wide feet and bigger calf's they fit great and very comfortable. The patterns also don't stretch out beyond recognition. I would definitely recommend to others.
Ordering online was easy, and while the delivery seemed to take longer than expected, the socks did arrive earlier than the projected arrival date, so overall I'm very happy with the experience. The socks are comfy, fit well and are very cute.

Site is simple and nice to use. The prices are all on each sock. My only thing with the site is that it doesn't convert prices automatically BUT it is always very clear on the fact that the prices are in USD during checkout.

I've bought customized socks from Socky Sock on a couple of occasions and have been quite impressed with the design and craftsmanship. My preference is for pictures of the sky and outer space, but the sock portraying a shark allegedly consuming the wearer's foot is out of this world!
I look forward to receiving my socks monthly, but there are too many of the designs that I would never wear. It would be nice if you would find out our interests and send socks that fit.

I ordered the unicorn socks, and in the photo it showed them over the knee, which is what I wanted. When they arrived however, they barely came to my knee. Pretty disappointed.
Received first incomplete first order and requested they send the missing item. They chose to refill the entire order. Second shipment was complete and received in a timely fashion.
I received two mystery packages and both of them had the "marijuana colorful leaves socks" which I do not appreciate, if I could have an exchange I would be happy thank you
More than a month of waiting and still no tracking update. Sent multiple emails and Instagram DM but they just leave me on seen. Feels like a scam.

I ordered 7 pair of socks on December 12th. Received shipping info and then nothing. I ordered from them because they are a PA based company. I know question that decision. So much for a Christmas Gift. Not like it had to travel for less than 200 miles to delivery location. I hope when I write them again the make things right.
I have tried to cancel 2 or 3 times with no luck. Get an email saying it will be cancelled then I get charged again. I would really like to cancel my subscription. The last few months it's been pot socks. We don't smoke so those socks are useless. Please cancel my subscription.
I placed my order in the end of May and still have not received it. I emailed last week and was told they are moving to please have patience. I feel they have had adequate time to fill and ship my order or at least reach out to Mr and tell me what us going on without me having to inquire.
I ordered 3 pairs of socks, the money was taken out of my account and the confirmation email was sent. 3 weeks later I have still not received an updated email, no socks have been sent and the email address for support keeps bouncing back to my inbox. I Ordered on 6/14. They told me they ship from PA. Eight days later and no order received. Unless yo strap the package to a turtle's back and point him to NYC, it does not take 8 days to ship to that location.
I received 2 of the guitar socks and no beer socks. I contacted the company and sent a picture of my order and was told I'd receive the missing beer socks. They said I'd hear in 24 to 48 hours that the socks shipped. I have heard nothing since then. So I don't know if they sent them and neglected to tell me or if they just dropped the whole thing. I'm kind of disappointed that what started out as such great customer service fizzled out.

I reviewed the socks and picked a few to put in the basket. However, i chose not to place the order. Socky used my credit card they had on file to put through the order. It was only $15, so i didn't really care but i think there is something wrong about that. And i don't think they are going out of business, because the socks are the same price as always. Watch them have another "going out of business" sale in a few months
Ordered 27 lbs of socks for 2 events. Socks did not arrive in time so event lost money on Saturday and another on Sunday, more losses this week as 27 lbs of Socks are in limbo with all my credit left in limbo as cannot get refund on order till Sockysock acknowledges return.
I am undergoing treatments for neck cancer and stresses of this are high.
I don't know what to do.
