This used to be my absolute favorite online store, but a little more than a year ago it was very clear that they did a bit of restructuring, and the quality of the clothes and service is no longer worth half of what they charge.

My last order took over 3 weeks to arrive, and the clothes were embarrassingly cheap. Strings everywhere, bad stitching, and fabric so thin everything was see - thru. I was a loyal customer that placed orders consistently every month, so I reached out to customer service to inquire as to why shipping suddenly went from 3 days to 3 weeks, and what was going on with clothes. Needless to say I no longer shop here.

This store has some unique items you can't find anywhere else, but the quality is not the best. I've ordered a dress and jacket from them and both times there were loose threads in various places, which made me nervous about how long the items will last. Also, they are both hand wash and this isn't specified when you make the purchase, which is a little annoying. All that said, I love both items and got them both on sale. At the sale price, I think they are worth it!

Ordered my dress on May 3rd and received it on the 6th. The dress ran MUCH smaller than expected, my only complaint, but since I sized up due to availability (it was final clearance) it worked out. I would definitely size up at least one size when ordering from here, maybe two if you tend to fit more snugly into your usual size (I ordered a large and usually fall between a small and a medium). Since I've only barely started ordering online and had to take all my measurements myself, it could be my mistake anyway. Otherwise, the item came in perfect condition, shipped very fast, and came with a detailed packing slip and return/exchange form. The price was excellent too. Definitely would order again!

I bought the sunshiny Day colorblock purse, It has zippers on the outside of it (with no tounge to zip and unzip) for decorations. When I got mine in the mail the zippers were undone and because there is no tounge I cannot zip it back up. Now normally I wouldn't really care but the craftsmanship on this bag is so bad that because the zipper is unzipped you can see into the bag where the stitching is done and the bags lining fabric is hanging out. It just looks really bad. The other item that I bought was a cardigan, and it fit like a extra small even though the tag says medium. The stitching on that is pretty bad too. They both are not worth the amount of money that I paid for. I wouldn't shop here if I was you

I've been consistent customer for years (want to say 4 or 5) and initially this was my favorite place to purchase unique clothing. As with any online store sometimes I would have a flop with an item I ordered, but for the most part I loved everything I received, and I could easily send back the items I didn't for free shipping if I took my refund as account credit. For the last few months the items have been horrible quality, way overpriced (unless they are directly named brands, like BB Dakota, in which case there is no price difference). For example, I purchased a dress from Lulu's and just noticed they are selling the same one, for a higher price. Also, the return policy changed without notification, and when I emailed to ask, I was told they were working through things so they hadn't changed the site policy yet. It makes no sense to already begin charging for something you claim to still be trying to figure out.

In summary, I would be very cautious when ordering. I personally won't be shopping here anymore.

I spent thousands of dollars unfortunately. This was my store for a while but now I do not shop here anymore. It is an addicting website first off. Also, I have ordered and returned so many items because of the quality and strange fit of the items. Most items are deeply overpriced. I tried returning a skirt once that had a mechanical tear that I payed about 60 bucks for that I wore for two hours and I couldn't return it because I wore it for the two hours and it was past the thirty days. I called and they said it was my fault for not virtually inspecting the skirt when I first got it. Then I bought this dress for around 65.00 which I really loved I tried it on and my little puppy came up on me and rubbed her cute little face on it and wolah, I had this little wet stain on a machine washable dress that would not come out for the life of me, I ended up throwing it away because this dress just stained so easily and the stains would just not come out. Then I purchased this skirt and another skirt, then another, and the list just goes on unfortunately. I bought these clothes because I wanted to feel good about myself and I spent so much money. It was a different kind of store and almost all of my clothes that I purchased from here, I don't even or can't even give to good will. And I'm stuck with some clothes I should have returned but was just so tired of returning and spending money on the returns, I said heck with it. I also purchased some shoes that were all scuffed up and were definitely returns with no tissue to protect the shoes during shipping but then they were stated as "brand new and were just released on the website." I was very unhappy with them but then again try returning a pair of shoes at your own cost. That was my last purchase but indeed should have been after the skirt incident.
