I ordered a dress from this company and it arrived late on a Wednesday. I took it home. I tried it on and I asked my husband and a friend how it looked. They told me the color was terrible on me and the color washed me out so I contacted the company via their website through sales@ rubyshop.com And got absolutely no response. I sent an email and I called twice and left messages on their phone no response I finally called on Monday and the gentleman there said I had missed my window of return that I had to call by Friday and which did try to attempt but if they never called me back so I am out 430-ish dollars and I would say that much money and a 3 day return policy and not answering ot responding is terrible. I would not waste my money buying anything from this site. I didn't even want my money back. I wanted to exchange the dress for something darker or different that was never an option… He was very rude defensive and he kept saying to bad you had till Friday!

I was skeptic about Ruby's because a review said their dresses are not authentic. Curiously I checked the manufacturer websites for the dresses I was looking at. Interestingly the manufacturer websites I checked all had Ruby's listed as a verified and authorized retailer for their brand. I then realized Ruby's only sells Authentic Dresses. Once I was confident to make a purchase, I bought myself a lovely dress. They shipped quickly. The dress arrived exactly as described and expected. Thanks Ruby's!
