Do not do business with this sketchy company! They spin you around for weeks and weeks with emails and delays and false claims of helping you get a resolution to your problem. They claim to have dedicated program with "service after the sale" but they don't even come close. They also state they have 100% United States based customer service yet I never spoke to a person (and I spoke to a lot of agents) with English as their first language. Their strategy must be to just tire you out until you give up and it worked on me. I had a range hood that I bought from them that was poorly made and the electrical components caught on fire after 2 years of use. They insisted on incredible photo and video documentation of the problem, which I did, and yet that got me nothing in the end except an offer for 10% off my next hood. No way! What a joke of a company. I will never buy from them again. Stay away! This place is the worst.
