Beware Shopping Heaven. I bought some toner cartridges that were showing as nearly empty. When I enquired with them as to why, 3 times - no reply. Not the sort of service I like. No more purchases from me from these guys.

I order tobacco products only from this web-site for several years now, except a period of time when they had some issues with Payment System not accepting payments. Most of my orders come within reasonable period of time. But of course, I have had some problems as well. But this problems are related to delivery system, not their Customer Support and their work. Once parcels got lost and they have resent them to me after the deadline has passed and the investigation hasn't shown anything. And once i have asked for a refund on lost parcel and they have issued it and I have received it in 7 days. But, again these two cases were exceptions in my order history with shopping-heaven

I have ordered cigarettes from this web-site for several times. Generally orders were delivered in timely manner. But once there was some issue with delivery it took longer than my previous orders. And there was no information about the parcel in tracking system except the information that origin post was preparing to ship the parcel. As result it appeared that the delay was caused by Post Office and the information on their web-site still was the same when the parcel was finally delivered. I have just contacted Customer service of shopping-heaven and they explained me that unfortunately such issues are not unique.

I'm in the same situation; placed an order and only half came in on time. It's been six months and still waiting for the second half to arrive. Many emails and nothing. On top of that they claim they cannot refund your money. Stay away from them...
