Had to go to a PayPal dispute to make them refund my money. Just as well I used PayPal and not credit or bank card. On 4/12 I Ordered and paid for a Plantronics K100 Bluetooth in-car speaker and paid extra $10 for Express Post, but then on 812 they advised me they don't have any, said they would give refund but I said I wanted IMMEDIATE refund. I pointed out to them that their website shows that the item is "In Stock, free delivery within 24 hours" but they continue to list it as in stock etc. Demanded immediate refund, they came back with, "sorry, will make refund within 24 Hours...so immediate was not in their vocabulary. Opened a PayPal dispute to force them to make refund which has just arrived. Went in to their website just now (9/12), looked up the Plantronics item in question,... says they are "In Stock", put TEN of them in my "shopping basket" and bingo! there it was, yep, just pay your money and we will provide free postage within 24 hours. But Guys, you haven't got any, remember??? DON'T GO NEAR THEM.
