Better than I expected, very satisfied

I needed an odd legal size stationery item but found that the typical retailers - Amazon, Staples, OfficeMax, etc., were all very expensive. I found the item I needed on Shoplet.com for a reasonable price. Despite reading some negative reviews, I placed the order. Unfortunately, I received the wrong size.

I got my order in front of me before calling customer service and realized that I had ordered the wrong size in error. When I searched their site for legal size, I got one letter size result as well but did not notice the size when placing the order. When I called customer service, I explained the mistake and asked if I could return the item and what it would cost. The very helpful customer service agent said that it was not a problem. I could keep the item and they would issue a courtesy refund that I could expect to see in 3-5 days. Not only did the refund appear on my account the same day, the replacements I ordered shipped the same day as well. I could not ask for better customer service and have found a vendor that I plan to use for more of my office supplies.

Shoplet has everything that I needed when I went to search of stuff for my office. Placed and order - everything came as expected. Free Shipping is always a plus. And the prices were very competitive. I will continue to use Shoplet.

So there is a shortage on the baby formula that I have my newborn on. I found some on this site and thought, nice so I ordered 5 cases. A week later I get pretty big buffed left on my front porch and my wife asks what I ordered I said formula. Turns out they sent me girls diapers for 7-11 year Olds. So I've called several times and I've never heard of a company that has so many emergency supervisor meetings unless I've got the worst timing ever. They hang their own employees out to dry. I've also been promised 5 call backs but that don't happen. So I have $400 in baby formula or even money that I've thrown away because nobody is helping get this corrected. Horrible customer service

Scammed me
August 18, 2015

I ordered products and 30 minutes later sent a cancellation for it, but when I checked my email a few days later, I am getting emails that it was processed and when i called customer service they say "for whatever reason your cancellation wasn't processed"! Are you effing serious! And then when I get off the phone, I get an email about my shipment lol, they really are something else. Now I have to pay a darn restocking fee of what they said would be 20% and have to go through all this hassle of returning it and god knows when I will actually get my refund. So upset right now

I have always been an eco-friendly shopper. A friend of mine told me about Shoplet and their extensive selection of green/eco-friendly items. I checked them out and WOW! Is all i can say. Over 100K items. I ordered a few things on my first order. Everything was as advertised. Order came in 2 days and I got free shipping. Definitely will be back.

I had never heard of shoplet. Did not know I was ordering from them instead of Amazon when I ordered my two large packages of Hersheys dark chocolate hot chocolate mixes.(so good). I ordered them in the afternoon, got confirmation they were boxed and ready to be shipped that evening. Midnight came and Items were stated to be delivered today. My husband was flabergasted.

I got my stuff so fast, faster than Amazon usually delivers. No problem, nothing. Maybe it is because I used Amazon and not Walmart and did not use paypal. I did get order confirmation, notification that UPS was the deliverer also. Maybe people are getting their confirmations in their junk mail file.

I bought the wrong item and when I tried to cancel it a few min later, they said they will, but ended up processing my order and shipped it out to me. Now instead of it being an easy issue, I'm going to have to go through the trouble of sending it back. Horrible company!

I have been pleased with Shoplet since I discovered them a number of years ago. I have been a "very good customer" at Shoplet if you ask my wife. Really... My personal product has increased greatly. The service is good; there are almost no incidents for which I have needed to contact their customer service.

This is not a review on the product quality I purchased, which is good, but on Shoplet customer service.

Beware! Return items at your own risk.

I was charged a very high restocking fee (do not trust the policies you'll find on the site of a 10%) as you will be charged with the return shipping.

After chasing customer service for 6+ weeks I got my refund: a $6.12 refund for a product $15.65.

The reason: According to their customer service, I was charged for the amount paid for the freight costs to and from your shipping address - a policy NEVER MENTIONED on their site or during my email exchange with them.

Never again!

Ordered products in May. The backorder dates for my orders have been moved out twice. I called to inquire about my orders, only to be told that first responders, etc., are first priority. I TOTALLY understand this, but Shoplet should note this in the product description to allow me to make a decision to purchase or not! Also, they should not charge a customer until orders are shipped. Additionally, I am aware of customers (on my facebook group) who placed their order after me for one of the same items that I did and they received it already. They were not in the priority category.

Great Service

An item that I ordered came in damaged - things like this happen. I called Shoplet's customer service line, spoke to a rep Tamika who was able to help me get my damaged item picked up and a replacement sent out. The next one came in with no issues. Great commitment to servicing their customers will keep me coming back to Shoplet.

Terrible Customer Service - Avoid this retailer!

I purchased Bright Air Pet from Walmart using their web page. The order was fulfilled by Shoplet. The Walmart/Shoplet ad indicated that the price was 6/carton. I received one item, not six as the ad implied. It has since been changed to a price double what I paid making the cost per item just under $5 each. I paid $15.95 for the one I received (I expected six for that based on their ad). I have contacted both Walmart and Shoplet. Walmart passed my compliant on to Shoplet. Shoplet has not responded to my direct contact or the pass thru from Walmart. I will never do business with Shoplet or refer them.

I placed order on 4/17/20 it was immediately charged to my amazon account for the full amount yet haven't received my products and today is 5/2/20. I either need my products or a full refund immediately. I've called multiple times with no answer. I've alsoTried looking up my order status but get a message that says I don't have any order history. Very disappointed. Will not order from this site again. I received an email asking to review my purchase that I haven't received not sure how I can possibly do that. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Poor Customer Service
August 19, 2020

Ordered 2 filing cabinets. Waited over 3 weeks trying to be patient with shipping under the current circumstances. However, I had to finally call to check on the order, I was told it had been canceled by the department without any explanation and no refund provided. Yes, they did finally refund my money. Unfortunately, I am still without cabinets and when I searched for the same cabinet on their website, I found it has now doubled in price.

I contacted Shoplet multiple times to cancel my order and they never cancelled nor. I asked for a refund and they have not sent my refund. Packages received broken. My list is so long that I don't have the time to listed. However, I want to let people know to be careful when they buy items from this business.

I used Shoplet for my office supplies. Gave them a shot for my break room items. Got coffee, all my paper products along with hot cups and some snacks for the office. All good. Came in 2 days - no issues

I have ordered office supplies on shoplet.com many times. If the order is accurate, the shipment arrives within a few days of my order and at a great price!. If I have to deal with their customer service department for any issues, this is where they aren't good at all and I would advise people to stay away from this company because at some point, you are going to need to contact them for something and they are just not reliable.

My first order was placed in early May and I was charged the total amount. Part of the order was delivered, but the other item was back ordered. I didn't think I should be charged for the back ordered item until it was shipped. It took me over a month to get a refund! The Customer Service Department (if there really is one) for the company is terrible. I will not order from them again and will make sure none of my friends/contacts do either.
