SCAM! SCAM! Do not order from this website, you won't get your order. They will not communicate, answer any emails, their voicemail says no ones available and hangs up! Wish I would've checked them out before placing my order.

I order a monogram Chloe duck boots on 10/7/2018 and I still have not received them. I have already paid for them 2 months ago. I have sent e-mails and you get a form letter stating they are looking into it and I should see movement shortly. I called the *******433 number and spoke to a Kaylee and she said the same thing the form letter said This is unacceptable and I would NEVER buy anything from your company again this product is still on your web site for purchase. I am going to make a report with the BBB if I don't not receive these boots. I have lost all patience with this company. Rosemarie C

I just love paying for merchandise I never receive and then the merchandise I do receive is poor quality, thin and even the wrong monogram. There is zero communication, they do not answer the phone or return emails. I have emailed, called, facebook message an even instagram message NOTHING>

I am being charged for two swag bags monthly. What do I need with two identical monogrammed shirts. I try to contact the company and no answer, I have sent several messages with no response. It's a shame cause I really love the products but looks like I'm gonna have to stop all payments through my bank since they have such poor customer service.

I have been trying to get in contact with I LOVE JEWELRY for the past 45 days and I cannot reach anyone by email or by phone. I keep receiving an automated response that I will receive status in a couple of days and hear nothing. This company should be taken to court. They are stealing peoples money! While they post videos with their Louis Vuitton purses, we as consumers receive nothing! This is the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with! I will never order anything again!

Never Received Order

I purchased $100 worth of items from this shop. Unfortunately my package was delivered weeks after the arrival date I was provided. By then I had moved to a different address. Not only does the post office have my forwarding address, but I also informed the Costumer Service rep that my address has changed. Here I am 2-3 months later and still haven't received my purchased items. I asked for a refund but was denied. Complete waste of money. This is not good customer service to say the least. This company is unorganized and untrustworthy.

Dont understand

I have bought 20 purchases from this company and never had a issue, till now i ordered monogrammed boots on aug 16 2018 and its 10/23 and i still have not got them, i have called and emailed and i even talk to someone saying they would expedite them asap and nothing, now i get auto answered emails and no one will answer my calls. Its been over 2 months and no product and no money back... i had no issues till now, never again will i order from them

This place is a joke!

Purchased a cardigan sweater & when I received it there was a huge pull in the back. After emailing back & forth & sending pic after pic they refuse to replace the damaged sweater. The girl said she didn't see any problem with it. She said she could offer a partial refund. I now have a monogrammed sweater I can not wear. This company is awful!

I ordered shoes and they were true to size. I understand the shipments take longer than other companies because these items have to be personalized. I reached out via email to see my eta with package and someone responded back within 24 hours. A day after that I got an email saying my product is being made, next day email said it shipped 2 days after that it arrived. I have to mention the prices are amazing too.

BUYER BEWARE
If you order anything customized, they will put your LAST initial in the MIDDLE spot and make it look stupid. Hence LAST initial should be in LAST spot.
My initials are CJB but for whatever screwed up and irrational reason they put CBJ!
They will not refund or return! Very ticked off and HIGHLY unsatisfied. I will no longer be a returning customer. No wonder there is NO place at all to leave reviews.
Why they would do it that way is BEYOND me.

I ordered a crossbody purse that looks beautiful in the picture. That was 12/9/17. My money was taken out 12/11/17. I received an email with a USPS tracking link 12/28/17 saying my purse was mailed. When you clicked the link it said a label was being made. It still says that today. You cant leave a message for the number youre told to call for CS & no one ever answers, not even weekdays during normal business hours. All emails Ive sent have been ignored. Feels like a scam to me.

DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
You will never receive your items and when you try to call or email, you'll get no response. I WISH I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. Luckily I used Pay Pal and was able to start a claim against them!

Ordered 2 pairs of monogrammed boots, used the size guide provided on the wed site. Both pairs do not fit. Tried to contact the co, phone go unanswered with no way to leave a message and my email was finally answered with a link to the tracking number. I had clearly received to boots, since my issue was the fit!
Do not order anything from this company. Terrible customer service, terrible co

BUYER BEWARE!
December 11, 2017

BUYER BEWARE. This could be a scam. I ordered boots in the first week of September, got an auto-reply e-mail from a "gmail" account indicating they received my order and it may take up to 8-10 weeks to process. It's now mid-December and I have received nothing! All of my e-mails asking for an update have been unanswered. Their "customer service" phone number is nothing more than an answering machine that rings thru and says "no one is available to take your call," then hangs up. No option to leave a message, and no actual person to resolve your inquiries or issues.

Notice there is not a phone number associated with this website. I placed an order in the fall of 2016. It didnt arrive as scheduled or I attempted to follow up. I finally gave up
