I've had a GOOD experience & a LESS THAN DECENT experience with this company.
My FIRST EXPERIENCE, was a good one. I ordered the Gabby Tweed bag in pink without the monogram. The company was very good at sending me information about my order, they told me when the order was processed, when it was shipped out, gave me a tracking number, and emailed me when it was delivered. Overall, the Gabby Tweed bag in pink, is well worth the money. The quality is great for what you paid ($68 + tax). I haven't noticed anything wrong with the bag yet. But if I could offer a suggestion, the bag could use extra pockets inside, as well as a thicker interior lining. Right now the interior lining seems pretty thin, that I'm afraid a pen or something else in my bag would poke a hole through it. This bag is nice to the touch, it doesn't smell, and overall I'm VERY PLEASED.
My SECOND EXPERIENCE went less smoothly but apparently smoother than others. I purchased the monogram milan backpack. This time around, they emailed me that the order had been processed, that they are working on the item and it was almost finished, and when it was delivered. I didn't receive anything in between, like the tracking number or that it had been shipped. I am glad my order came, but it was a bit annoying because I like to see tracking information. I received that backpack today, and the first thing I notice is A BLACK SMUDGE ON THE FLAP that closes the bag (along with the draw string). The next thing I noticed was that in the modeling image on the website, the monogram was on the left side, while mine is on the right. While this isn't a big deal, it wasn't what they were advertising. This backpack's OVERALL QUALITY IS AVERAGE, it's not great in terms of feel, and it makes me think that you can purchase a bag of this quality at target or walmart. Thankfully, I paid a sale price of $29. If this bag was any higher or at the apparent original selling price of $298, I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT PAYING FULL PRICE, or anything higher than $30. In addition, inside the outside pockets, there is a SILVER MARKER LEFT ON THE PIECE. I'm sure it was originally for the designers that needed to know where to cut or where to sew. Also, the trimming to the bag at the top has BLACK MARKINGS VISIBLE THAT LOOKS MESSY, that or its the color they painted on the bottom of the trimming to look like it was "glazed". This backpack and wallet (that it comes with) has a TERRIBLE SMELL to it. This backpack FEELS VERY PLASTIC, as does the wallet. Overall, if you are used to contemporary or luxury designer bags, this backpack will neither feel nor seem worth the original price of $298. It closely resembles a walmart or target bag, if not worse than some of the target bags (in terms of quality and smell).
In conclusion, this company is a hit or a miss, they are not consistent. I wish they offer refunds on items that do not have a monogram, but I believe they do not offer refunds in general. But also, I wish I could have returned this backpack and get a refund. I watched reviewers on youtube about their purchases, and this one lady was raving about this backpack, and kept on praising the company for high quality, guess I won't be listening to any more of her reviews on products, because this was not the case for my item at all. I will be giving away the wallet to a friend or donating it. I'm not sure what to do about the backpack yet. I do like the design but I hate the feeling of the backpack, and execution of the design was messy.
Will I purchase an item from them again? Probably another Gabby Tweed Bag, because they are worth the quality (the tweed version, I do not know about the faux leather ones, but if it is the same material used for the backpack, I will steer clear). They have a range of colors, and I really like this bag. I may try other bags or clothes in the future, but I will stay away from any pieces that are entirely faux leather. Oddly enough, the handles on the Gabby Tweed Bag, are faux leather handles, BUT they feel so much better than an entire bag in faux leather from them.
I believe they do not offer returns, so buy at your own risk. I would not trust some Youtubers out there who only rave and rave about the company (with vague explanations “they’re so high quality” “they’re great”...but why? Show me). Trust the ones that give a critique and are descriptive about their experience with the company and getting their items. Remember that this company offers many items, some of them may be good quality but not all items will be.
Monogram Gabby Tweed Handbag
I ordered a pair of the monogrammed Chloe duck boots. I was so excited because I had been looking at them for such a long time and finally ordered them. When they arrived, they looked really small, and I tried them on. I found they were WAY too small, even though the size I ordered has been the same size I have worn for 20 years. The boots did not appear to be American-sized as they were so small. They even measured smaller than a 10-year-old boy's tennis shoes when compared. When I called the company to see about exchanging them, I was told they were a non-returnable item due to the monogramming. I explained that I had paid quite a bit of money for the boots and that the ones they sent I could not even wear. The girl then put me on hold, and when she came back, she said they would send me a pair in the next size up, monogrammed just like the first pair at no charge. I confirmed that the replacement pair would be monogrammed as well, and she said, "Yes. They will be identical to the first pair." I asked her if she still had my initials, and she said, "Yes." And she repeated them back to me and told me the order they would be in on the boots. I thanked her, thinking the issue had been resolved. When I didn't get a confirmation email for the replacement order, I called back the next day and confirmed the order. The same girl even went over the monogramming again to make sure the initials were right, JUST as she had done the previous day.
Today the replacement boots arrived, but they were not monogrammed at all. Just the plain boots in the box and not what I'd initially paid for. In addition, they were supposed to be the next size up, but were still WAY too small. I tried to call the company, but the phone kept going to the message that 'no one was available to take my call.' I tried for over an hour to call the company, thinking it was odd that they were not available during their posted business hours. I THEN realized that the LAST time I had called, when the girl answered the phone, they had known upfront who I was by the caller ID. The girl addressed me by name as soon as I called in the first time. Realizing she probably knew the order was wrong and didn't want to deal with that, I figured out they were screening my call and sending it to the 'not available' option when the caller ID with my name on it came up. To figure out if this was what was going on, I then went into the settings on my phone and turned off the 'caller ID' and called the company right back. This time the same girl answered right away, on the first ring, confirming my suspicion that they were screening me out. When I confronted her about why she would screen a customer out when she knew the order was wrong, she did not know what to say. HOWEVER, she ADMITTED she knew I had been calling all afternoon. She THEN tried to say the company had told me the new boots would NOT be monogrammed, which she KNEW was not true. She, herself, had gone over the initials to be monogrammed not once, but TWICE and TOLD me the boots would be monogrammed, just like the first. After I confronted her about being dishonest about the monogramming, she then told me the boots could not be returned. She said they would be willing to give me a "store credit." I told her I just wanted my money back, which she said would not happen. I had to go through my bank and file a dispute in order to get my money back.
BEWARE of this company - any company that can't get orders right and then screens customers out because they KNOW they provided a sketchy product is NOT a company I would want to do business with. I will also be filing a dispute with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office as well.
After receiving no response from this scam company, just contact your bank and Stop Payment is your best hope of ending this fiasco. As long as your payment is processed they will keep taking your money. Once you try to change address or stop your orders, good luck, they don't reply.

Good Luck!
My experience with shopilovejewelry.com has been disappointing, and very confusing.
I placed an order, and was charged the full order total, on July 29,2016, for three items. I received a shipping notification, which listed each of the three items on August 5,2016. I then received the package a couple of days later, which contained only two of the three items, and a packing slip with a hand-written note which read that the third item, a plaid shirt with monogram, would be shipping separately.
I sent an e-mail which simply stated that my shipping e-mail had not listed the item as being separately shipped, and inquired as to when expect the item. Thus began the chain of e-mails that have now been being exchanged for nearly a month and a half. On 8/8 I was told that the shirts had been "short-shipped" and were to arrive "shortly," at which time I would receive a follow up email with tracking information. On 8/21 I followed up, having heard nothing back since 8/8, and on 8/22 the response I received was that they "should have them in within the next few days." On 8/24 I requested evidence that my purchase was being tracked for fulfillment, voicing concern over the unusual transaction process of charging full amount for partial shipment. My response was, "I understand your concern. However I do not have an exact date on when you will receive your shirt."
Continuing on, on 9/1 I contacted them again and voiced concern over the lack of communication, and asked for an update. My response was, "we are getting them in next week." On 9/8, exactly 1 week later, I inquired as to whether or not the shirts had come in, and asked what their process was should they not arrive, considering full payment had been processed. I got no reply. On 9/12 I sent an email stating simply, "Status of Item# MPS188?" The response was, "We are still waiting on the plaid shirts unfortunately." I then asked if I could please just replace the item with another selection, of equal value, being that the item I requested had clearly not been personalized at this point. They asked what I would like to replace it with, and I chose an item from the website, even making it simple by choosing something of the EXACT same price. The reply was, "I am sure that will be fine let me double check before I confirm." Today, 9/13, I was much more direct in asking that my order be fulfilled or refunded by 9/16, with a communication of what resolution will be made within 24 hours. The response I got was, "I am waiting to see if we have any warm up wraps for you. Before I give you an answer I apologzie for the delay."
I have replied, once again, laying out my dissatisfaction (which they seem to really care about, huh?) with the vague e-mail responses, my opinion that checking an item of inventory should be as simple as a phone call if the person on the receiving end of the e-mail does not directly have a means to check, and an example of what type of e-mail responses one typically expects to receive from a BUSINESS, i. E. what went wrong with their inventory, what they are willing to do to remedy the issue, etc. I Cc'd the Better Business Bureau, and have received no response. My next step was to this site to INFORM THE PUBLIC.
This particular order was not high in dollar amount, but I can NOT stand being taken advantage of, no matter the amount, and I do think others should be aware before they possibly do make larger orders. Get this - the shirt that I originally ordered is STILL listed as available on the website. I wonder how many unfulfilled orders they have been paid for?
