Not sure why everyone has written such bad reviews… though I never received my free box, every one I have received after that has been amazing. I pay around $50 AUD a month and usually get between $100-200 worth of products. I have received skincare that I researched and is worth in the $100s. Not sure how anyone is complaining. Below is my most recent box with an $80 set of all natural ingredient lipsticks 10/10 recommend.

3 months after my beloved pet crossed the rainbow bridge, I asked how long a very expensive bag of food would last, and without asking, was issued an immediate refund ($65 for 17lb bag). The following day Crystal my csr, had flowers delivered to me in condolences for Bella. It was extremely moving that she went out of her way to show they truly care about our pets and not just all the money we spend.
After u receive or first free box they send u another box immediately and charge u for it. They won't let u cancel it it's in there policy I suggest if u ordered a box to just shut ur card off or notify ur bank. And the products are cheaply made and horrible I would never pay for this junk! I wasn't able to get a refund after talking to two different ppl and being put on hold for about 20 minutes. I would give them ZERO stars if I could.
Don't waste your money! Babe cosmetics can't seem to get anything right! From the quality of the products I received in the box I ordered to the responses from their customer service representatives, they need to start fresh and rethink their entire business model! Their billing department can't even enter the proper charges when processing a charge!

None!!! The hand cream was chalky, the lipstick smeared off immediately, I don't use false lashes so the one (1) set they sent were useless (and when I gave them to a gf who does use them she said they were trash!!!) and so the tube of glue was useless as well and the cream makeup was crap!!!
I don't even remember purchasing this box. Apparently, you get the first box free and just pay shipping. As soon as I realized that my bank was charged almost $20 for shipping I emailed them and tried to cancel. They replied and said I had to pay for 3 months of boxes or I would incur a cancelation fee! Do not buy anything from these scammers!
I ordered my box on Jul11 and didn't receive anything and it's still unfulfilled, I then got charged for my 1st full payment box on 01 Aug. I immediately contacted Jessica from BabeBox and got a response literally saying "No". I asked them how they expect me to uphold my side of the agreement with payment for them to not uphold theirs. Both shipments as still unfulfilled and they have my money for both. See below for proof. This is ridiculous and a scam.

So it's been a month... they charged me twice even though I haven't received anything yet. So as far as the product goes - I have no clue... however... its been shipped about a month ago, and has been "in transit" ever since. I don't know about you, but there is no way in hell I'd put something on my skin that's been boiling in there... in this heat... for a month... so it will most likely go strait to the trash bin anyway This is the absolute worst subscription box experience I've ever had.
The boxes and products are amazing and worth 4 times what you're paying.
Unfortunately, while dealing with customer service, it was so bad and such a horrible experience I cancelled.
The second person I dealt with was the best but the damage from the first rep. Was already done.

STAY AWAY! I have emailed them 3 times, they don't respond. The phone number says they are not taking calls "at this time" The only way to stop them from billing you is contact your bank! Grrrrr
So far, everything seems to be going really well! All of the focallure products I've seen look very lovely and there are sooooo many eyeshadow pallets I want to try! I actually signed up for the free first babebox and I'm currently waiting for it and super excited! Hopefully I get one of those eyeshadow pallets I'm wanting! Customer service seems fair so far, I commented on an Instagram post and someone from Focallure actually responded quite rapidly and resolved my issue just like that! So overall... it's going pretty good so far! Yay!
I ordered a free box from babe, paid shipping and ordered 2 bonus items for a extra $9.99 I never got, I complained 2 times, didn't get anywhere, so cancelled my credit card and got new card to stop future ordering. I said when I ordered to skip a month and they tried to charge my card a second time before sending the 2 items they said they are not sending..

First box received was damaged and had a broken palette. Asked a replacement, received an unexpected email demanding an affidavit, sent the picture after determining this unknown new email was in fact legit. Received replacement palette in next shipment but it was loose in the package and not sent safely in the box so it came just as broken as the first one. My daughter was justifiably disappointed and threw second palette away. No pictures means no customer service. Apparently paying customers must be held to a deeper integrity than the company.

This is the most ridiculous and frustrating experience I've had with a company. Their products are trash so I cancelled in june. I've now been charged both in July and now august.

I have to get a new bank card. I got my free box like many other people. There was nothing about a second box requirement when i signed up or anywhere like others are saying, although after cancelling my account right after my initial order, i was still charged full price for the next box. After many emails, i have never received a reply, and their phone number just plays music and never brings you to a customer service agent. The products were alright quality, some smaller brands that are sold in drug stores and gifted through other legit services (ie. Ipsy), however i only recieved 4 items of the 5 promised, were in total worth nowhere near the supposed $80-100 value as advertised on thw website and that paired with the obvious choice to charge me past our agreement and not reply to emails has me convinced for sure they are just trying to get as much money from you as possible. Do not fall for the free box. It is not worth the trouble and money lost.
They would not let you cancel your subscription. I had to close my bank account, they keep your bank information and I am mad at them. Probably not worth your time and money, go shop elsewhere. I guess their products are allergic to me and would like to mention it's not authentic. I reported this issue 10 days ago, and they blocked me on instagram. Yes "Babe Cosmetics" will no longer be charging me $16.95 & $34.99 every month and sometimes sending me a box and another month 2 of the same one JUST because I called PayPal… I called your "1-800#" after I learned that "Babe Box" didn't cancel my subscription since the first "free" box which it wasn't "free" cause they charged me for it… there is where I discovered the whole "#800" was bogus because you call and what answers you is a little song and after 7 to 10 minutes it hangs up on its own with no menu, no options, nothing, just the song and then hangs up, so after learning this I wrote an email expressing that I wanted my refunds since I had already canceled that subscription since January and that I wanted to terminate the subscription with them COMPLETELY! All I got in return was an email response saying "sorry for the inconvenience and we have refunded you two charges of $16.95" So let's say you you sent me the " babe box" with five items for $16.95 (because that's how much they are announced for on the website) then what am I paying $34.95 for every month that's those are the refunds I need because I wasn't receiving anything for those charges every month only the 4 boxes which one month was skipped so the next on March I believe they sent me 2 w/ the same contents for that you can charge me the boxes if you would like (even though the first one was supposed to be free and it wasn't) but what am I receiving in return for the $34.95? Nothing, that there is down right trickery on your end. I need my refunds I have a family and a newborn I tried out your company but when I saw that $34.95 charge after my first box I had to cancel it because it was out of my budget. In conclusion if you want to charge me the $16.95 per box even though one was supposed to be free it's fine because I received 4 boxes even tho there was a month skipped & got 2 of the same one the following month; what I want is the refunds of $34.95 because I did not receive anything for that.
The " company " won't make it clear why there is two payments being charged each month (one of $16.95 and another one of $35.95) and they're just sending one box for their subscription I am not receiving anything for the $35.95 only for the $16.95 which is the 4 boxes I have received (which the first one was supposed to be free and they still charged me for it) they keep on giving me the go around like they did in the emails and phone calls there is no admission of wrongdoing on their part. When I first tried the box I canceled the subscription right after I saw the $35.95 being withdrawn from my account because I wasn't receiving anything for that and I asked for the refunds for that amount I'm willing to pay the $16.95 even though the first one was supposed to be free but I am willing to pay for the four of them I am not willing to pay for the $35.95 which I'm not receiving anything for. On their website they announce that their boxes are $16.95 this seller was very vague in their answers here on PayPal and everything they said they did not address the $35.95 charge and what it was for they just said that those boxes were sent out and to check the tracking number, the boxes are at $16.95 not $35.95. There's no reasoning with them so I just rather escalate it to PayPal and for them to see the messages were we go back and forth and they're not making much sense as to what I'm getting for $35.95. Because like I mentioned in their website the boxes are announced at $16.95 so I don't know what the $35.95 are for.

Hello I'm a student and I don't have any job because of the corona, so I am pretty broke. I use my mom's credit card when I need to order something so I have it saved on Google, but it needs the CVC code anyway. How is possible I was charged 65$ when I didn't order anything?!?!? I was on this website only today when this happened. I remember I was looking on the Babebox website with thought I might subscribe one day, but I never did and now I have an order for 65$ that I don't want and I want my money back until it is sent. I looked in my emails that say I order a subscription and I should have 2 boxes by this time. The number of my order is #*******085, please unsubscribe it and send me my money back before it's too late. At least for the last one that wasn't shipped.

My box had yet to be shipped by the time it was to actually reach me so I contacted them asking where it was, they ignored me for 5 days. I also asked them to cancel my subscription because customer service was awful. IGNORED ME. Then 1.5 months later I was charged AGAIN. So I filed a dispute because I did not want to continue with their service. They sent my bank some BS about it saying you'll be charged for two months "everywhere on the site." Which I did not see once. So I'm out $36 and have a box of sh*** product.

Thought I'd try the beauty box as I was subscribed to another brand for a while and I liked seeing new items. I had stopped as the items were things I wouldn't use too much and the shades were for white women. This box took quite a while to arrive and I wasn't impressed so contacted them to cancel my subscription and Matthew Anderson was telling me I couldn't cancel a subscription after the 1st box. I HAVE to pay for another one THEN I can cancel. That's illegal and a scam! I would NEVER recommend this money hungry Gold Digging company. Run as fast as you can.
