I have been using BoomStreet (formerly nCrowd) for a while now and have generally found the service to be good up until recently. I placed an order in September and it has still not been delivered (it's now mid November) and they have told me I will get a store credit for this and another item which was also never delivered. I emailed them explaining this was unacceptable considering this wasn't my fault but I have had no response. Now their website isn't even working which doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. I now have £40 worth of store credit with a company who seems to be going under (again). Wonderful!
I would be very wary of a company who has recently changed trading names, isn't honouring refunds from the previous regime and is now not responding to correspondence and has a website which has nothing on it.
I love these guys! On Nov. 21, I ordered a Handy EZ Windshield Wiper with Long Handle. Then, a week later, I forgot I'd made the first order, and ordered a 2-pk of the same thing. When my original order arrived with only one wiper, I fired off an email to BoomStreet... what were they trying to pull? Where was my second wiper? I'd ordered two wipers, and by God, they weren't going to get away with this!
Well, in less than an hour, I got the nicest email from customer service rep "Mary." She went step-by-step through what I'd ordered and when, and informed me that I'd be getting the second part of my order in a day or two (which I did). What a sweetie. She even wished me a "great day." Thanks, Mary... lesson learned.

I bought a bluetooth headset. It was 19.00 and is great. So I ordered two more, one as a back up and one for my wife at 19.00 each. I has to ask where the order was after SEVERAL weeks. I finally received one of them... still looking for and asking for the second one nor response at all... These people are thieves and dishonest. I want the headset or at the least 19.00 back. NEVER BUY FROM THEM... check Amazon or Ebay first. You might pay a little more but thay take care of their customers.
I purchased some deals from nCrowd (now BoomStreet) back in Feb 2015; 3 months later I asked them where are my orders and they said their stock ran out (and didn't even think about contacting me about this), so they will offer me 2x the store credits. I didn't find any deal I like after that so didn't really use it.
Just last night I found out they are broke and changed their name to BoomStreet, and they are not giving people their money back! I still have ~$70 with them, the least they could have done was to inform customers they are closing down and remind us to use our store credits, but no they didn't even do that.
Praise the Lord the credit card company agreed to refund me (was so grateful!) - I suggest anyone who purchases deal from this company - keep track of your orders - if they do not arrive on time and they offer you store credit, redeem it asap or call your credit card company to dispute it asap! They are sketchy and sneaky!
I was very impressed when there was a discrepancy recently with my order. Their answer was prompt and a solution was offered. Boomstreet is a company you can trust to keep your interest at heart. Deborah
Completely blocks out the light without making my face sweat. The cheap flimsy ones that I've had in the past made my face sweat underneath and then my mascara runs so I wake up a mess. This one is a little bulky, though, so rolling over can move it around on the face a little.
Mary did all she could keeping me informed when I received the wrong item and late for Christmas. Although she could not get me the item I actually ordered when the subcontracted company sent me a substitute, her continued effort puts her well above most customer service reps. The situation was bad but her attention to service was excellent.
I purchased something for Christmas, not knowing it could take until after Jan 01 to receive.
I contacted customer service and she processed my refund immediately.
I was so afraid I would have to wait and return items when I received them.
I am very happy with the immediate service I received.
I would use Boomstreet again to purchase something, when I don't have a deadline.
Thank you Mary for your fast and efficient customer service. I was really upset that my credit was not showing on my account, Mary was able to resolve it almost immediately.

I purchased an item for my husband's birthday and when he opened it it was defective. I contacted Boomstreet and was told you can only return terms within 48 hours of receipt. Horrible policy! How can you buy a gift for someone with that type of a policy? Beware!
My wife order for my son at Christmas & we received what we ordered. Then ordered in April for our son's birthday in May & are yet to receive his gift. It's now end of May & his birthday was beginning of May. Very dissatisfied since our son has not got a birthday gift yet. Please send out merchandise that people pay hard earned cash for!
I expected having to do some resizing when they arrived but the larger one fit into the oven perfectly. They even arrived way sooner than was expected or promised. This is always a good thing, to have something waiting for you when you least expect it.
I ordered a ring for my niece as a late holiday present. Once we determine what her ring size might be I was able to easily purchased the ring and the delivery was much quicker than I thought it would be. She loves the ring and is very happy it came so quickly.
BoomStreet customer service: all the emails bounce back. The toll free line is perpetually busy, and i have to have a user id and password to enter their website with no possibility for password or username recovery. What a crock.
So the product i never received is never to be received? Off i go to the better business bureau.
I have ordered from this site several times without issue. I finally had an issue with one of my last orders and the customer service department worked with me to have the item I didn't receive re-shipped! I will order from them again!
The case arrived super fast. I had similar case from ncrowd, came with power cord. I used that case I'm sure for more than a year. This one replaced that one, cuz the grips fell apart and the cord was very difficult to recharge my iPad, it was so time to let that one go! This one is well made 'n pretty pattern. I expect i will use it for very long time. You will not be disappointed.
I would rate this sleeping mask 5 stars except the first time I put it on the nosepiece came loose! Other than that, it works really well and is great for keeping light out of my eyes while I sleep once I re-attached the nosepiece.
Yeah, this company used to be ncrowd, and then they changed their name, kept everyone's ncrowd money, and didn't deliver. I lost $50 to these slimeballs. Notice that Boomstreet still tries to use ncrowd's Better Business Bureau rating to promote their site, yet they claim not to be ncrowd anymore. Based on my experience, they are dishonest and are horrible to deal with.
They authorized my return, so I paid to have the product returned, and then they never credited me back my money. They said that they changed names from NCrowd to BoomStreet, and we're not given information about previous purchases. That is a n outright lie, since a customer service rep named Mary, is the same one who told me to send back the merchandise, and is the same one telling me she can't help me.
I placed an order for (2) Samsung earbuds on 4/12/16 and never received the product. The phone number was unresponsive and website did not work to track order. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company today. Do not use this company!
