Never shop on this site. I ordered a jacket that I was looking at on another site. Both said 3 to 5 business days to get the item. So, I proceeded with MLB. I needed it in 14 days. When I get the email conformation it said expected deliver over 30 days out. What? I tried to immediately cancel the order online to no avail so I called customer service. The person was confused as well since he saw the same 3 to 5 business days so he tried to call the warehouse. No luck so I told him to cancel. He could not cancel so he forwarded me to a supervisor. Waited on hold for 10 minutes. When she got on she said they could only cancel 30 minutes after an order. First, that was not mentioned on the site and second, they had me on hold for over 20 minutes. I was 5 minutes past the 30 minutes... because of them. When I said this was ridiculous and that they MUST disclose this on the site they essentially said it is what it is. Unbelievable. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Should have ordered from Amazon.
There sweatshirt for 65$ started peeling after 2 washes and hang drying called and they can do nothing for me at all. I will not be ordering from this company and really wonder how this company can stay afloat with such poor quality and lack of customer service.
Terrible. Stay away. The site wiped my free shipping code out by auto-selecting $13.99 expedited shipping. This is borderline unethical. You cannot cancel or modify an order on the website. This is antiquated. I was on hold for 40 minutes to talk to a customer service rep, and their "Live Chat" feature was down. This is frustrating. I assume the only reason they're still in business is MLB floats them. The worst.
I ordered a shirt July 5th. It took over 3 weeks to arrive. Opened and realized as soon as I looked that it had an ugly pattern on the shirt hat wasn't apparent in the photos online - online it appeared solid red. I immediately went thru the process to return - oh and read the fine print, it'll cost you $10 to return anything. Received notice 8/1 that my return was received and that "generally within 72 hours, you will receive an update and a refund confirmation will follow". Here 10 days later I had to call to get them to issue the refund. Automated system disconnected me the first time as I was getting transferred to a human. They have a chat option that is "Our Fan Services Chat Team is available 8 AM ET - 9 PM ET, 7 days a week." but it's not - I've tried on multiple weekends, and it's disabled. I can't find an email address so I thought about tweeting them, but their twitter account which they still promote online and in emails stopped producing tweets in 2017. Bottom line, service was a joke. I will never order form these clowns again, MLB can do better and find a different service provider. I told them how poor this experience was - not a care in the world, no apologies.
I ordered a t-shirt in my usual size large and confirmed my size with MLB's sizing chart. When the shirt arrived it fit more like a medium. I'm not even sure an XL would be big enough. Beware of the sizing chart as it is misleading. Per the return policy, they charge $10 to exchange the shirt! When stating my displeasure via online chat to a customer service rep our chat session got disconnected... not once but twice... really? I will never buy from MLB.com again.
I was only trying to exchange a hoodie for a bigger size. I waited on the phone for over an hour and called back each time conveniently when their supposed call volume was so high. I was hung up on. I was put on hold and switched from person to person. It was a nightmare. Save your money and time.
I ordered a camo-style t-shirt for my brother to "match" his favorite team on Memorial Day weekend games. It shipped in time (4 days before Memorial Day). I opened the bag (very poor packaging, btw), the label sais LG, which I ordered, but when I opened it to box it up the shirt was an XL. Contacted MLB, was pleasantly surprised they shipped a replacement right away, but they had to mail me a return label, b/c there was none in the bag. I rec'd the replacement shirt & it was the SAME THING!, bag labeled LG, shirt XL. Who's bagging their stock, Stevie Wonder? So I notified them again, guess what? After 2 screw-ups on THEIR part they said return both shirts for a refund, not even going to try to remedy the situation. So I'm out a gift that I'll have to find somewhere else, although not in time for Memorial Day weekend. I will never do business with this company again.
They have no clue on how to ship anything and should be completely go out of business. I am still waiting for a shirt order 36 days ago. Why did they even wrote there international shipping took 21 days max? So pissed off. Couldn't even get any tracking number. $#*! off.
So never order from here if you want accurate information. I selected expedited shipping for an order to arrive by a certain date. It was not until after my order shipped that it notified me half my order wouldnt make it in time due to the shipping timeframe. This information is not listed on your order or when you select your shipping or when you confirm payment. Their excuse is that the shipping estimated time is on the product page. Hmmm wouldnt it be more helpful to know when your place the order or when you select shipping. What a joke. Get your stuff on cheaper more customer friendly websites.
Received a women's t-shirt in Med that was a child's size. Way too small. Needed to exchange for a larger size. They do not accept exchanges. Returns only at your expense, $9.99 which will take 14 plus days to process. It's ridiculous! My refund will be less than 1/2 of what I paid for the shirt, that they are getting back just to resell! DO not buy from MLB.com Shop. Total waste of money! Never again.
I bought 3 items from them, first items were a bundle, it was two hoodies, one custom the second regular style. I ordered those on February 2nd. Second item was a 150th anniversary reds hat that I ordered on February 11th (it came two days later) the hat was bent and creased at the bill, completely ruined. The two hoodies took a month to get here due to the fact the address was wrong (ordered it from the same account so idk how that happened.) The quality of the hoodies were terrible, it was like they went to a thrift store and had two red hoodies screen printed, I gave $112 for the hoodies. They stank to high heavens and mixed with the terrible armature quality i am never shopping there again. I suggest you spend the extra little bit at the stadium for quality
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Questionable policies--when pressed for executive level contact information, provided bogus email and telephone numbers.
Save your money and buy a knock off - you'll get it faster and if there's an issues you will be able to exchange it. Just on principle, I would never spend another dime on this site. Their business model may not be an outright scam but it's close. If possible I would give ZERO stars.
Euknieque was very helpful, professional and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Even though my product was disappointing, Euknieque customer service has me where I plan to shop from mlb shop in the future.
Ordered for my wife never shipped should have delivered by now. Did not receive any e mail about processing or shipping. If I try to track it I get a error 404 page. What's going on! Very disappointed.
Twice ordered jersey, "guaranteed by Christmas or it's free." Twice received cancellation emails. Because it was cancelled they will not honor the free guarantee. Then takes 7-10 days to refund. Took exactly 23 seconds to charge the card. Customer service completely unhelpful.
DO NOT place an order with this company. I placed an order over a month ago and am still waiting for it. When I called customer service to cancel the order and get a refund, I was told there was nothing they can do because the items have shipped. The tracking number they sent me only states the shipping label was created not that it had been shipped. That was almost two weeks ago. When I asked the "Senior" Supervisor for corporate phone number, I was told he doesn't have the number, but he would send them an email. What kind of a company doesn't have a phone number? A fraudulent one! I had to file a fraud charge with my credit card company because they refused to refund my money. Terrible company! I wish I would have checked the reviews before ordering from them. Don't make the same mistake I made!
This year: In October we ordered two shirts for Christmas... and the order was mysteriously canceled. We ordered it again Dec. 5. It too was mysteriously canceled. This happened last year too. Never again!

Twice ordered from them and my order was cancelled automatically. Called their customer service to get things worked out and they were supposed to push the order through after waiting another week and nothing showing up called back and the order was never placed again. I will never buy from them again online, if I cant find what I need at a game then I guess I'm not buying it.
Answer: I would send it back if I were you and demand a refund. Full refund (shipping costs that you paid them too)
