I love shopping on Shoedazzle.com, I get amazing deals and some at super low prices! And they have all the styles to match everybody's taste,so many different ones to choose from.
I ordered shoes and received them fairly quickly, within 4 days, on my first purchase. However, I needed to exchange them for a smaller size and sent the shoes back. After 3 weeks with no updates, I reached out to the company, and they claimed to be "looking" for my return. Miraculously, they found it, but it then took another 2 weeks for them to ship out the new pair. Throughout this process, I made it clear that I needed the shoes by a specific date, but they continued to give me the runaround about losing the items and delayed shipping. I even asked for the shoes not to be sent out, but they said they couldn't do that because there was already a shipping label on them, yet when I inquired, they had told me the shoes hadn't been shipped. It was incredibly confusing, and the customer service team didn't seem to know what they were doing. Overall, it wasn't worth the headache to save on shoes. Go to Macy's!
My shoes never came. My money was refunded. I really wanted those shoes but so much time had passed I just gave up.
I have never had an issue with any pair of shoes that I have brought. I refer Shoe Dazzle to everyone. Sizes are accurate. Also the styles are great.

They take money / cash dollars then sell shoes below that value. I feel a class action suit happening
They charge you 49.99 a month for membership and you can't use your monthly credit for sal price values. Seems like a class action lawsuit should be stated as these are cash dollars taken from your account but can't be applied as such
