I'd been eyeing these shoes for a while, so I finally pulled the trigger and bought them. They're just as awesome as they looked online and crazy comfy, which is a lifesaver for my job where I'm on my feet all day. Surprisingly, I didn't have much discomfort breaking them in. Totally digging the style. I also grabbed some sneakers that were cute, but they didn't quite hit the mark. Normally, a size 7 fits me fine, but for some reason, the right shoe feels too big. Gonna have to send those back.
Since the system changed I feel like I'm loosing money every time I forget to skip a month because the credits are no longer worth monetary value towards clothes. Usually if I use my credit I'm spending more than the product is actually on sale as…. Like I can get 2 pairs of shoes for a credit which is 50 but the shoes are only 17 each if I don't use the credits. I will be stopping my membership soon, this email actually reminded me - sucks because I do love your products

The shoes I received are low quality, I definitely expected a nicer shoe. Some are okay and the others mark up really easy, I cannot see them lasting long at all. Twice I skipped a month online and they ended up charging my credit card anyways, so take a screenshot if you do skip a month, at least you will have proof and can dispute the charge on your card should it happen to you.

Items arrived on time and were nicely packaged. The shoes themselves were poor quality and ill fitting. They were very uncomfortable after a short distance. In the future i will pay more for better quality. Also if a customer has multiple credits they should be able to use them together. After all it is real money that you took every month and if i had multiple gift cards i would be able to use them together at any other store.

I've been curious how I can use the 49.95 as a monetary value for purchasing instead of "VIP Credit." Before the VIP credit I could use my monetary value and purchase a bunch of clearance items, etc. Great value, ya know.
But, I'm stuck to choosing one item that could be less or more than the 49.95 I would pay each month. Which is why I prefer to skip most months because I just can't justify spending that monthly payment and seeing that I can use my credit on a 6 pack of socks?
Or 3 pairs of underwear? Or 1 or 2 tank tops? It doesn't add up.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from shoe dazzle in my regular size and they are consistently TOO BIG. These pumps were no exception. Their size 5.5 does not run true to size and it would be really awesome if they'd get shoes into their line-up that start at size 5! The very few offerings they have in size 5 simply don't cut it. Disappointed again.

I get my shoes in good timing; but of lately I done had to go up a size like the shoe's are being made smaller now. I also have a problem because you take my money but do not be having nothing on the site that's interesting me lately; really all year. You use to keep the cuties shoe's but of lately no. Really because of this reason I'm ready to delete my account no need in you taking money every month and I'm not able to spend it on anything I like.

I plan to discontinue my VIP membership. I'm not happy with ANY of the shoes I have purchase in the last few months which is why I have not written any reviews. These shoes were not made for full figured women. Even the wide width shoes are very uncomfortable.
No since in wasting money on shoes i'll probably never wear again. Each pair I purchased I ended up giving to a charity. I figured a person in need would appreciate them more than I would. The quality has gone down a lot since ShoeDazzle was first opened and I am not happy.
Time to discontinue the membership.

The leather materials are already peeling and crinkled. I am very disappointed with this purchase. Show dazzle should endeavor making better quality shoes that will last. Yes, they are affordable but not worth it if one only gets to wear the shoes once or none as is my current situation.

I have been a long time Shoedazzle member, but have becoming increasingly frustrated. Admittedly I sometimes forget to skip a month so I have plenty of "store credits." Unfortunately the way Shoedazzle allows me to apply those credits to future purchases is ridiculous. I should be able to use the full value of every credit or even multiple credits on purchases, but it's not set up to really allow for that.

As a member for a couple years I have gotten some stylish shoes from there but they do only have a short lifespan as the stitching and materials aren't as good. But BEWARE of their membership credit charges. The amount of times I have been charged a higher amount in the original charge then what I got returned back after going through a long customer service process is really scam like. For instance, I would see a charge of $70 CAD come out of my account for forgetting to skip in the first 5 days of the month (you have to do this every month) then go through customer service to get my credit back to my account and they would only give back $66 CAD. Trying to talk to customer service about this is a nightmare as I am sure they don't actually speak English and everything is translated making the conversation not make sense at times or having to repeat yourself.
Then trying to cancel your account your asked a bunch of questions and they try to sell you on other credits or money to your account making the process longer.
When I told them about the money differences and that's why I am leaving she didn't even want to dive into it. Just a sketchy operation

Usually, I have a pretty good experience, In my last couple of purchases there has been a quality issue. I ordered sandals with jewels on them and wore them once and most of the jewels fell out. My current order came with a ring with the butterfly broken off. I was to wear that fabulous ring for a wedding with a butterfly theme. My hand was left sad, blingless, and flightless. It was a true tragedy that will go down in wedding history as an epic fail.

The shoes i bought for my boys run small and i printed return slip but found out i have to pay for shipping to return the item, so i have to give the younger one the senior one size and the small size is just laying around.
Then my own shoe quality is not as expected, this is the first time im experiencing this with shoedazzle.

Been a vip member for a bit and I've bought more things I just have to give away because they look cheap, than things that I like to wear on the regular. The returning policy is just such a pain in the *** so not very happy about that either. It's worth it to get the VIP for maybe a month then I'd just cancel.

I am not sure what happened to this site but my recent purchase I was very dissatisfied. The boots I ordered creased and became misshapen within a hour of wear. Wouldn't stay up my leg and overall are just ugly and cheap quality. I have been a member since 08' and I think it's time to finally cancel. Im usually happy with ShoeDazzle. This past order came in separate deliveries. Two arrived although 2 of the items weren't true to size when I ordered the same size I always do. And the third part of the order which was the largest portion never did arrive. I inquired through the shipping company which after review said they dosnt have the order and the order mistake was from ShoeDazzle end. Items have never arrived. I placed the order in June.

I just feel like the quality of the shoes are going down. The heels are also WAY too high, not practical at all. I can't seem to find anything I like anymore and if I do, I usually have to send it back because it is not what I expected, or the fit is too small, or it is cheap material. I want to quit but I have too much money invested with something I no longer like.

I like the selection offered in shoedazzle, however the new credit system is awful. Instead of letting me utilize the amount in terms of cash in the system it provides a credit which is awful. This truly deters me from buying more and I now buy less. The credit system is slowly curing me of my shoe obsession. I'm simply not getting the value for my subscription as I used to previously.

It was not clear the information about VIP membership of 39.99. They charged that amount( I didn't know) every month( too much) just to buy shoes at a sale price or 10 dollars.! I called and cancel that membership and the sales person said that I will have a 39.99 credit and that I could buy a pair or shoes at regular price using my credit amount... and I try to do it but I can't... a bad experience... thanks
I have been off and on this for years. The quality of the products has always been questionable but the billing practice and customer service just gets worse and worse. Very sneaky company regularly finds ways to trap you and bill your credit card. Not worth it

Hi there! I have a few issues with your store. First of all, I can't return one of the shoes I bought ( flat white sandals) and I don't like them at all. You never showed on pictures what kind insole they have and it turned out to have a very bad quality material that makes feet sweat and slippery. Also you have some hidden option to become your VIP member and you took $49.00 from my credit card. I tried to chat with your customer service, but it took forever and I got disconnected. Your store could be nicer to customers.

The strap closure seems like a clever idea, however, very difficult for me to maneuver. I would never order another pair with that type of closure. I give this 2 stars.
