Poor quality

I've been a member for about 4 month and the shoes are beautiful but quality wise it horrible they'll seem to come apart after a little wear.

Poor quality

I ordered a number of different items. But the pants and a couple of blouses were so thin with loose threads. Never will i order clothes from this site again

Satisfied customer

So far i have a good experience ordering shoes on this site. But sometimes the shoes i want is either sold out or they don't have a 5.5 size anymore. I hope they will have more stocks.

No refund
September 15, 2019

I exchanged an item from a previous order because it didn't fit. The replacement also didn't fit well, so I returned it. They said because I was returning an exchange that I would need to call back in a week to have the refund processed. I called back and they said they needed the tracking info, which I was not told I would need, and I didn't have it. I was told beforehand that all I had to do was call and they would process it, I was not told I needed more information. They said I can't get a refund unless I have the tracking info, even though it was THEIR shipping label and they should have the returned package or at least all the info. Waste of time and money and unhelpful service. Never got a refund

Get better quality

The rubber bottom part of my heeled boots came off and I don't know where so now I can not wear them. I am highly disappointed! I teach a Heels class and these are the ones that were the most comfortable and stable. I have purchased these boots twice and both rubbers have came off.

They are crooks

They took my money out my account after I skipped the month. When I called for a refund they did so but here I am almost two weeks later and still no money. They take your money less then a day but make you wait this long for your money. I hate them.

Straight Rip Off

I don't even use the service I was charged 39 dollars for a VIP membership I knew nothing about when asked for a refund they said we can only do a store credit f them will never use again

I ordered shoes in November of 2018. It's is now July 28th 2019, so why are they taking money out of my account? They so called will tell you that you have a VIP account that I knew nothing of. And then when you call for your money back they tell you you have to wait 5-7 business days before you get your money back. They didn't wait 5-7 business days to take their money. It's really sad because they don't know who they are taking money from and how it effects that person. Regardless of the amount. But because it's not them it doesn't matter.

They sent my shoes perfect the first time but they were a bit smaller for my feet so I returned them for bigger size. And i specifically wrote a note of the sizes that I wanted and also today the customer service. They brought 3 same shoes with different sizes and they didn't want to give me my money when I requested for a refund after I returned that order. The call representatives are dumb and may seem like they helping you but they are not! Shoe dazzle needs rebranding, never will I shop with them I usually don't write reviews but this I will talk about it.

Normally I would never have anything bad to say about shoedazzle.com but now I do. I've been a member (not VIP since I don't shoe shop online often enough) since last year and I've never had a problem. When I ordered a pair of heels two months ago I was unaware that they had turned my account into a VIP account. I wasn't charged in June last month but when I checked my bank account today I noticed a $40.00 charge to shoedazzle.com. I checked my account to make sure someone hadn't hacked it and placed an order. When I called to find out it, I learned that I was charged for not buying their shoes with a VIP membership I didn't sign up for and the woman refused several times to let me cancel the VIP membership since they charged me for nothing but gave my account store credit that is some how no longer there. I gave up on that and had to cancel my card so they can't charge me anymore.

Shoe broke immediately.

They were super cute but broke in the middle of lunch first time I ever wore them. Maybe 1000 steps in. Have been meaning to return but have to get on the site on a computer linked to a printer since I usually only shop via phone. They will be going back unfortunately. They were cute.
