I received my oder very promptly, but the wrong size & color. When u calked to get assistance with my incorrect order all i was told is they couldn't help me, but will send me a free return shipping label so i can return them. So wished they would have helped me with an exchange for the color & size i ordered.

I looked to buy these boots from Chippiewa but they were out of stock. I Googled the manufacture number and found that Shoebacca had them in stock. I bought and they delivered in less time then the said.

I've order this item 3 times. The first time was my mistake because I clicked the wrong size son they were too small. The second time I selected my correct size and the shoe was way too big. So if you all could tell us if the shoe runs small or big that would be helpful in selecting the right size.
