I had been looking online with little luck when I found shoebacca. I was skeptical because the prices were so low but wow, great selection of name brands Puma, ASICS etc. I not only got one, but two pair. And with free shipping how can you lose?

Never had a problem with shipping from shoebacca, however who ever packed my box forget to put in one of my items and also forgot to put my invoice. I was at a lil annoyed because it was an whole outfit with sneaker and the packer forgot to put my jogger pants. I was ready to return the whole order. However a nice costumer service rep help and resolve the situation!

Shipping was very fast but I purchased the wrong size. The return process was easy and refund was quick.

Shoes are priced well. Only complaint is with the website and viewing a shoes then going back and you have to scroll back down to where you were. It doesn't keep you place on the page.
