Could not find what I wanted while shopping for my birthday, so my friend handed me money and said go for it! Shoes I found on line fit desire and well priced for leather! Order arrived within reasonable amount of time and undamaged! Leather is well tanned and shoe fits to perfect size 8. In fact, will be ordering second pair in another color! Comfy and fashionable for work and play! I would recommend!

For my first order and experience with Shoebacca the (current sale) price the sneakers I ordered was a pretty good price but the $10 off credit I had received from Shoebacca made it a whole lot better. The shipping was pretty quick but when I received my sneakers the right shoe had damaged to it.

Upon setting up a return in which Shoebacca did provide for free, that I give them props for, although an exchange is what I wanted but couldn't get (because Shoebacca does not do exchanges although their policy says "Return/Exchange"), I sent back the damaged sneakers and had to reorder the same sneaker style again but the price went up $30!

Shoebacca said they would honor the price I initially paid and provide a refund of the difference since I had to pay the new higher price for the same sneaker. That was more than a week ago. About two weeks now and I have yet to receive the $30 refund although I received an email on February 9th stating the refund was approved and given although it will take 3-5 business days, yet that was said to me several days before through an exchange of emails with Shoebacca. Hopefully by February 16th being the so-called fifth business day I will receive my refund. If not I will have to message Shoebacca and see what other reason for the delay I will be given.

I have already received the new pair of sneakers I reordered at the higher price and they arrived fairly quickly and with no damage to them. They sneakers are great! My favorite pair of brand and style of sneaker (Adidas Nite Jogger). Now I await my $30 refund promised me by Shoebacca and that will conclude my business with Shoebacca and most likely my last business with them.

Overall, the speed and price with the $10 and once a $20 off credit I got through an email from Shoebacca, is great! Their prices are decent. But the return/refund process is lacking but that is usually the same with all businesses. To get the customers money is easy. To return it is always a hassle.

Once I receive my refund, if I ever receive a $20 off credit in an email again from Shoebacca I might order another pair of sneakers from them if they still have the Adidas Nite Joggers in stock and in my size. Maybe.

Quick easy, plus I got the shoes I wanted for 10.00 less than other sites.

Definitely recommend this site, great price, free, fast shipping, all in all very satisfied and will definitely be purchasing from again.
