I got just what I needed and it came right on time..

Overall experience is good, what i feel was lacking is a wishlist feature. I wanted to save some items to come back for later, but no discernable way to do that

It amazes me how im reading all these reviews on people receiving their shoes and I've been waiting almost a week and a half. They have not yet shipped my package. I will never order from them again.im starting to think these reviews are written by the workers. Cause this is the worst customer service along with shipping. Smh

I was happy to find the specific shoe I was looking for available at Shoebacca for a very reasonable price. Ordering was easy and they came quickly.

I had to return because the was completely incorrect size. They was also worn and two different makers of the same shoe. On top of that I'm being charged a restocking fee, for the company's mistake. Not happy and will not reorder.

I loved the boots I ordered, unfortunately, they were too small and had to be returned. I had a great experience with Shoebacca. They offered a great product at a reasonable price. Delivery was quick also I was able to return my boots with no issues.

Such an easy process. Finding the shoes was a godsend. My right foot is damaged and this particular shoe is the only shoe that is pure comfort. The pair I had worn out is replaced. Thank you! What a blessing!

The "sherpa" on one pair of shoes were pinkish brown, not the cream I expected. The blue and pink Toms were beautiful, but a half size too big. I did reorder them. Wish there was an exchange option. Still waiting on the refund.

The site keeps going back to the start after you add something to the cart. Very frustrating. Tried many times to get the coupon code for a first purchase but it won't accept my cell number probably because it is Canadian. I live in AZ for part of the year so this is also frustrating.

On time a good product. Look forward to wearing it for years to come.
