The package with my shoes arrived only a few days after I placed the order.

I hadn't set up an account and that's the best way to return. But my order didn't show up. So then I went back to process as a non-account holder but there was no tab for track my order per the instructions. So I was stuck between a rock and hard place. All I want to do is return. So I sent an email in reply to my order confirmation as the info was all there for you to have. But no. It didn't go because its a non reply email address. So I am trying approach # 4 which I have to figure out. I can't call because of where I am right now. WAY WAY too complicated and full of dead ends. You need to link up better with yourself rather than make me do all this work just to return my shoes. I am inclined not to use you again, though I really liked discovering Shoebacca before all of this mishigas.
