This order because laborious in his delivery they notified me that would be on one day and then they can notify me every couple of days to tell me that would be another day and then on the day it was supposed to be delivered it still was not delivered on that day I just got a delivery yesterday on the finally on the 26 of April, also I have worn Puma sneakers for quite some time I am not satisfied with the The comfort of this pair of sneakers they feel like the insole isn't very supportive I've never experienced that with Puma before, As well this experience with you Shoebaccawas not such a great win this time.

I ordered gold Stan smiths shoes and received them in a timely manner. Only issue was the placement of the shoes in the box. They might've been shifted around during transit, but one shoe was on top of the other, creating a crease on one shoe. It's nothing too bad though. Loved the site.

I placed my order with Shoebacca. I never received a confirmation email. I had to call and ask for one. I needed to return the shoes because they were a little big. Other websites make it much easier to process returns. I called twice and both the customer service reps were very helpful and pleasant.

Hi! My experience was very nice and easy! I wish, though, that I would have known how much your sizes run big. I actually wear 6 1/2, so I ordered size 7-8. They are too big and wish I would have ordered size 5-6 instead. On a brighter note, I LOVE them and they are so soft and comfortable!
