I received the order promptly, but the shoe is unsatisfactory. Not a good fit and very uncomfortable. I would like to make a return, but I apparently checked out as a guest(?) because there is no record of my email/account with which to reset a password.
This company is by far the worst I've dealt with, they advertise for shoes make you buy it, pay in advance, make you wait a whole week for later on cancel your order then they apologize for the inconvenience, DO NOT waste your time with them, try other serious companies.
