Found the exact replacement for an old pair of running shoes that I really liked.

Process was fast and easy. Unfortunately the shoes didn't fit, but they made returns simple as well.

They are nicely made, but way too big! I wear a size 6-7, I read the reviews before ordering them, some said to order a size up, I always take a Medium, so I ordered a Large, they are way big on me!

The items I purchased came on time and in perfect condition, no damage plus I got frequent emails letting me know the tracking info which was great.

Shoes arrived promptly, didn't fit, called to ask about return policy, was told they would e-mail a return authorization... two days later nothing has arrived. Do not offer replacement (all I want is two pairs one size larger) and insist I must return for refund. Not user friendly

I have a hard time because I wear an 11 which stores do not carry. I have been looking for slides that are white. These shoes fit perfectly and are beautiful!

Seems like I just hit send and my boots were delivered! I usually size up with boots, but that option was not available so ordered my regular shoe size & fits great. Wore them all day right out of the box & no problems; toe box is very roomy.
