Bought $85 watch, via slickdeals link to Shnoop. Rec'd. Carton with broken glass pieces. Not sure where these were from. No phone # for Shnoop so emailed. Got a reply from Shnoop asking for pics of everything and immediately sent these. No followup response to several of my emails, over weeks, asking for status. Finally I began a dispute, and had Paypal intervene, and got a refund after spending $6+ to return the watch. Shnoop customer service ignored my emails, but fortunately, I kept a log of dates, and copies, to report to Paypal for dispute. I saw another ad today on slickdeals for this company, so hereby am warning others to stay away.

I ordered three quick dry athletic shirts--as confirmed by my online receipt. I received one quick dry shirt and two plan T-shirts. The "customer service" people, who will only communicate by e-mail, claimed they were in such a rush to get the order out that they made a mistake. Likely story. They wouldn't issue a partial refund to account for the two shirts they improperly sent me, for which I had no use. They finally agreed to send a pre-paid label for me to return the items. They gave me a label that was for a fraction of the weight of the items--something I discovered after waiting half an hour at the post office. These people do not know how to treat their customers. Beware.

Bought 1 case of 48 colgate wisps from them. At the time of ordering I was hesitant on buying more since it was my first purchase from this site. I contacted them after I received it and asked if I was able to order more. They were really helpful. I sent money over with paypal and 3 days later 3 more cases arrive. I live in NC and it came from NY. They didnt have an option to pay with CC so I had to use paypal. Overall love loe love!

I took a chance on Shnoop as a first time customer and in every regard, this has been a disappointing experience. I ordered eyeglass frames, and supposedly they shipped the following day. Not so. They printed a shipping label, and said that the item had shipped, though the USPS did not have custody of the item until the following week! I finally received my frames, but they were not the correct size. I used the web site to initiate an exchange, and I did receive automated instructions, but the instructions were for a return, not an exchange. I asked 3 times for a return authorization form, which is part of their instructions, as well as a shipping label. No responses after a week! I contacted them using their email address and their own web site.

THEY POST WATCHES FOR SALE THE SEIKO SKXA35 AND SRPA71 AND THEY SELL THEM AND SEND SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS BUT DON'T SEND ANYTHING. THEY TRY TO GET YOU TO SELECT SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD. THEY HAVE NEVER ACTUALLY HAD THESE WATCHES IN STOCK EVER, NO ONE ON ANY WATCH FORUM HAS REPORTED RECEIVING ONE AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT WITH THEM FOR A MONTH TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. PAYPAL SHOULD DELETE THEIR ACCOUNT THEY ARE A PARTY TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
