I called shiptonaija service line about a pick up in United States on Monday afternoon, necessary information and documents were requested to initiate the pickup, which was provided. I got a phone call after four business working days that package will be delivered, package was received intact in the same day. I will definitely use the shiptonaija service again.

I never knew their is a courier service that help me the way shiptonaija did,my shipment was hold by customer in USA and people take it up and make sure the items was sent back with help of some documents provide by me.

Shiptonaija Service is the best shipping company for me. This company is customer focus, they never disappoint and when your shipment is delayed you are compensated and that's the sweetest part. Always finding ways to be innovative, thumbs up to them.

I smile as I write this review, because my shipping experience with them as been the best out of all my previous experiences with other shipping companies. Shipping to US and UK is made easy and seamless with Shiptonaija. I go about my exporting business with a jolly heart knowing that nothing can go wrong as long as I use Shiptonaija. Just last week Friday I shipped some items to UK and believe me when I say the items got there yesterday. That's in less than five working days!

I am giving this rubbish company 1 star because it's not a fake site and no other reason. My shipment has been in transit from their Houston warehouse for two months and as of 17th May 2022, from February 2022, I am unable to receive my Items after paying for the standard air shipping. It is stories and stories, making them look like a criminal organization. I will never recommend them to my enemy. They will ruin your lives

Shiptonaija was very efficient in handling my package from Lagos to Dubai. Customer service was excellent, pickup and fast delivery was topnotch. My experience was a 100%. Kudos to Shiptonaija, it was wonderful doing business with you.

They are scam, cheaters, fraud company. My itemsbwere delivered to them on 28th of August i waited one week to get update. They replied that i used wrong address meanwhilenthe address is correct and i was using them before covid 19.

They charged me for wrong address 9.99$, my package weight was 7 lb, they billed me 21.9 lb. They are smarter than fedex and amazon.

I requested reweight, they said if im wrong i will pay 4.99 $ per shipment. The moment i pressed ok, they added 4.99$ 6 times 3 for reweight and 3 for recount. I wonder how did they reweight and recount in just 2 seconds.

I left the items for them, imagine shipping items of 120$ AND PAYING 175$.

AVOID THEM. BIG FRAUD COMPANY.

This is more or less a useless company. Full of $#*!ty stories, their stories seem made up by a 4 years old. You put up on your website the option of "urgent purchase", collect money for urgent purchase, then tell a lot of stories. From verifying a website to the website are trying to verify your payment card. Wow! Then the items got shipped, but with no shipment tracking details. Like seriously? Let them correct me if I am wrong, but shiptonaija is a dubious company. I strongly believe they have little or no US presence, but a group of Yahoo boys (internet fraudsters) somewhere in Lagos, taking advantage of people. I will wait a few more days and file a case with the US and Nigerian authorities.

Professional service. Packages received when promised and in good condition. Definitely recommend this to friends and family.

I shipped 23kg box and I ended up paying $713 to finally collect my boxes. The boxes arrived C. O. D after one month even though I had paid $405 in Nigeria and it was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 days.

ShiptoNaija shipped my Electonic items from the US to Nigeria and it was delivered in 7 business days. Great Customer service. Thanks to Adeyemi for prompt response. I recommend Shiptonaija.

I recently was selling a laptop via Facebook marketplace and had a man interested. He provided me an address that was for shiptonaija Atlanta location. Well after being scammed into shipping my laptop to him, we never received a payment AFTER this man sent us a fake PayPal confirmation. We visited the location and they told us they cannot help us and to file a claim at their website or call USPS. We have filed a police report on top of working with PayPal and USPS. This is a disaster and disgusting that a company will do this.

They are delivering NOTHING. They are lying. They are lying. Stay away. Stay away. Please! Please! Do NOT use them! They do NOT deliver. They do NOT give you your stuff. They hold it hostage. You will NEVER get your stuff. NEVER! They have held my shipment ******* and ******* for a month and one week now. They will NEVER give it back. I had Oge, Adeyemi, and Princess all lie to me. All they do is lie and I'm reporting you to the better business bureau and filing a lawsuit. NEVER again will you steal peoples $1700 USD. You thieves! Do NOT trust them! I am a first time shipper and this is my experience. Please don't make it your own.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have purchased two items to be shipped to Nigeria and one says its been in transit for a month and the other says its been sitting in their warehouse for 3 weeks. I paid extra for AIR shipping and it appears its snail service. I have called and emailed multiple times and never get a response. I'm beginning to wonder if this is actually a real business or just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
