I must say this is my first time using Shiptonaija, I found them on google search to ship from Lagos to Uk, which they said 3 to 5 working days, on the 9th April my package was shipped to UK, this morning on the 11/4/ 22 I received a text message that it is out for delivery, that is fast and will definitely used them again, the staff was very helpful filling out the form, thank you

ShiptoNaija was referred to me by a friend and ever since I started making use of the delivery service my packages have always been delivered within timeline. Never had issues on any delivery.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have purchased two items to be shipped to Nigeria and one says its been in transit for a month and the other says its been sitting in their warehouse for 3 weeks. I paid extra for AIR shipping and it appears its snail service. I have called and emailed multiple times and never get a response. I'm beginning to wonder if this is actually a real business or just a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a shipment of several items from the USA, intending to take advantage of the consolidation.
I don't have time to go into all the details, let me just say that I felt they were trying their possible worst to cheat me at each step of the way. They over measured the volume of almost all items, more than doubling it. After verification (for which they charged me upfront with promise to refund if I was right) they reduced it quite a lot but when I got the goods I saw it was still very high. They charged me special Lithium fee for flash drives which have no Lithium: I protested, they charged me to verify and confirmed I was right.
Since in both cases I was right, I asked that the 2 charges be reversed: they said I first had to pay along with the shipment cost, then it would be refunded.
They charged me for storage charges, because the goods stayed long in their store due to the time they took for the verifications, but they reversed this when I protested.
However they later took long to verify the payment and I incurred again storage charges: this time I was exhausted and didn't protest, but paid for it.
The cost for air basic came to be higher than what MyUS would have charged me for Courier.
They had a clause on their website saying they would refund 25% of shipping cost if they delivered late; they delivered very late, I asked for the 25% refund, but they said that was an old policy and referred me to another part of their site where they said the refund was only 10%
I asked them to refund the 10% and the 2 verification charges to my $ account, from which I had paid, but they said they were not able and asked for a Naira account. I gave it to them but I haven't seen the refund... After 2 emails without reply, I just gave up.
I swear I will never ever use them again.
But I will give it to them that they are extremely good at marketing themselves...
That's why I fell for it

Had a "buyer" on eBay, who became an eBay member the same day he submits a Buy It Now for an item I was selling, and didn't offer payment. The ship to address he sent was 3770 Zip Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA *******. Upon a quick search I learn the address is one ShipToNaija, and thanks to other reviewers here, it verified my instincts this was a scam. If you read the reviews here, on TrustPilot and BBB, this is obviously an unethical and immoral group of people who will do what they can to steal your money.

Have been using SHIPTONAIJA for the passed 5 years and the service has been wonderful with excellent customer service representative and seamless web site.
