I have been ordering shoes from shiekh shoes for over 10 years I have never had any problems with them until now first I received an order and the shoe was defective they told me to send them back and they did ship me a new pair but they are also defective so I don't know what I'm going to do also I have another problem with them I ordered two pairs of shoes with the a hat and the hat was missing they keep giving me the run-around about ups but the package was not tampered with it was a package that would only fit the two shoes and the hat would not have fit in it anyways I am going to file a claim with PayPal this is ridiculous I used to love them so much but now I will never order from Shiekh Shoes again in my life.

I ordered a pair of boots from ShiekShoes. I did not receive my package although UPS confirmed that it was delivered. I contacted ShiekShoes and they advised me that they would need to open a claim with UPS which would take 8 business days. 12 business days later I followed up because I hadn't heard anything. After two emails and a phone call they finally got back to me and told me they would need to reopen the claim and it would be another 8 business days. At this point I ordered the shoes about a month and a half ago and they were supposed to be delivered a month ago. I have yet to receive my shoes or get my money back and I don't expect either to happen based on my current experience with their customer service.

Ordered a pair of sneakers, in about 3 or 4 days I recieved an email saying they do not have them in stock and they were placed on back order. I waited about 3 more days and I called and was told they were being delivered to the warehouse that day and would be sent out either immediately or the next day. Later that evening I received and email saying order was canceled because that shoe is no longer in Stock in that size. Horrible customer service employees lie and after all that I asked if they could give me priority shipping for all my waiting and trouble and was told no. Extremely unorganized.

I don't really think you have to sign for the package if you have a mailbox that has a key to put in bigger packages that's why we have that so we don't have to sign when the UPS man comes most of us work all day long so they come during the day and it's not fair to us when they come that time but it's so much easier if they leave it in the mailbox that has a key and you can put the key iin the smaller mail box for letters etc. that is what other carriers do

Shoes were perfect and as described. Material feels a little cheap but for the price I won't complain! Only reason for 4 stars was shipping delays.

I ordered two pair of high heels well they weren't anything like the picture shown when I tried too call and tried too return them and inquire about getting a refund
I received nothing but attuide and then was told to too call back
I got hung up on... I called the customer service number 3 times
Before I finally was able to speak to a very pleasant young woman and she gave me a number too call for a complaint and reassured me of my refund...

I ordered shoes 11 days ago and my order still says processing. I've called 3 times and 2 of the 3 times I was told they would contact warehouse and call me back. And the other time I was told they would be shipping out later in the day. That was 4 days ago. Meanwhile the sneakers I purchased are still available for sale in my size. They withdrew the money from my bank account the day after the order. I am very disappointed with this entire transaction. I will never order from this company again.

Worst experience I've ever had over purchasing footwear. I bought a pair of shoes for my son who was originally uncertain about the comfort of the shoe due to general fitting, but was steadily assured they could be returned.

He wore the shoes around the mall for 10 minutes and they would not accept them back. Even after I took them home and scrubbed them clean, they continued their naive behaviour.

Will never be buying shoes from here again.

I really like this site. I have only experienced one problem--a particular item had sold out and they held the entire order until I contacted them. I did have to contact them several times to get it straightened out but it was a small inconvenience compared to other places. Now when I order, I annotate in the "note to seller" section, if an item is no longer in stock, please refund that item and ship the remainder of the order. That has eliminated this issue for me.

They provide great product descriptions on the items including if a shoe runs large, small or is true to size. They provide the shoes' platform and heel heights, which I find extremely helpful. I have not had any issues with quality or shipping (shipping usually only takes 4 days). I am a very happy and loyal customer.

Shoes are really cheap and affordable but the shipping is ridiculous. They are con artists as Shiekh say free shipping for an order over a certain amount and then when you finalise through checkout, there is not choice but to pay the shipping fee no matter what amount you spend.
I will never buy shoes from here again. Not mentioning names but there are 3 really excellent online shoes sites that guarantee 'free shipping' if you spend over a certain amount
Shiekhshoes.com are a bunch of con artists, greedy money hungry. Will never buy from here AGAIN and am telling everyone I can, even complete strangers
