I spent $40 for some track pants and was satisfied with them besides the 50inch drawstring that I had to triple knot and tuck bc it was still to long. I decided to wash them after one wear the tag in the back say no dry cleaning so I decided to wash them in cold water as directed. When I took them out the dry they was detroyed and look like I had them over 10yrs smh dont waste your money. I also brought a Jordan printed tee shirt for $40 not paying attention to the price smh never again straight trash you hear me.
I order a sneakers and the shipping address was incorrect. Called back less than an hour to rectify error. Customer Service Representative said it was corrected. Went back to track, error still exists. Called again, and requested a change. Customer Service Representative told me again that it was corrected. Went back online to track shipment. This time, shipment city has been diverted from Euless to Grandbury without my knowledge. Asked to speak with supervisor or manager, cannot get one for up to two days while shipment is still in transit so as to correct the error. Up to now shipment is still in transit to an unknown destination which they care to do nothing about. I'm about to ask for my refund ASAP! I don't think they know their what's going on in their circle.
I order my shoes 04/13/2019 I have been waiting for a tracking number I called today 04/18/2019 and they still have no shipping information on my order. At this point I don't even want the shoes
I bought my shoe on a 21st. The payment was then processed on the same day. Their policy is 2-3 business days to get shipping tracking and ship. It is now Saturday. No shipping info and customer reps don't know if they even have the shoe available.
Will not shop here anymore order the new Jordan 11s platinum tint on 10/27 and on 10/29 I was notified that my order was canceled due to a typographical error on their part and they issued me a refund. I was not able to get the shoes I really really wanted I should of just bought them on Nike.com. All customer service can tell me was we do apologize for the inconvenience after holding $233 over the weekend just to be refunded and offered a $15 coupon code like what am I suppose to do with that I wanted my Jordan's now they are sold out in my size just great thanks a lot shieks I will not buy from them again I will stick to Nike or footlocker.
I am a sneaker fanatic! I always find great sneaker here and the prices are better than those other sneaker stores. Will definitely continue to shop here.
I decided to buy online rather than going to the mall because it seems like the personnel at my local Shiekh Shoes store, are always annoyed and disinterested in assisting customers. The last time I walked in, the girl that was there had an apathetic expression an didn't even bother to say hello. I waited a few to see if she would offer assistance at all since I was the only customer. NOPE. So I left.
Ordering online was almost as impersonal as going to the store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes May 11, never got a confirmation e-mail, shipping notice, or tracking number. Nothing aside from my PayPal payment authorization. I received my order 11 days later, which was ok but I would've liked to know when I would receive my order.
The shoes look and feel great. The site advises to order a half a size up. I agree, I got one pair my true size and the other a half a size larger and the former are slightly snug while the others are just right. They look just like in the pictures, good quality, and packed well. The site has awesome prices and a good selection in my size.
I had my doubts after reading the reviews on here and took the risk as I got many many shoes for the price Id have paid for three pair here in Australia. I am pleased to say they answered all queries promptly by email and not one error with my order. Each and every shoe out of 16 fit perfect and presented perfect.
So maybe they have improved because I am sure glad I took the chance, really happy with my purchase and will shop here again. A few of my shoes had to be ordered from other area as were not in stock. From purchase to receiving was about 3/4 weeks. Not bad considering I am in Australia. I wouldnt hesitate to order again in the future.
They sent me the wrong shoes and refused to refund or exchange.

The shoes that I had purchased before this incident have all fallen apart so the quality of their products is not any good either.
It says "Sign up for 20% off your first purchase" and then when you want to purchase, the code will not be accepted. Then, another "20% off any item Today only"... again, it will not accept. So I finally give up the 20% and enter my credit card info only to get a message of "processing error". I hate that I entered my card info on this site. I don't even trust them to "fix" anything for me so I wouldn't call their customer service. Not worth it. Too much trouble. I wouldn't try again.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this place. Customer service will NEVER call you back. I've had a horrible experience. My order took a month to get to me and part of it was wrong. Boxes are torn and tattered. I shouldn't have accepted the order when it was finally delivered. Will not order from here ever again.
Online customer service seems slow and unfriendly. Does not have clear messaging when attempting to purchase certain items - all seems like a ploy to encourage more account creations and mail subscribers. Now very annoyed and disappointed. Waste of time!
This is the 2nd time I ordered from them. The first time they sent me a size 6 in a size 9 box. The 2nd time they sent me a size 8.5 in a size 9.5 box and the wrong shoes. They do what they want to do. How about if you all don't have the right size don't waste your time or mine sending them. Just give me my money back. I hate this store!
Do not order from this company. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a size up! They didn't even call or send email saying they didn't have my size, they'd just figure they'll send the next size. The box was very tattered which makes me think the shoes have been worn. I called to tell them to send me a pre paid postage so I don't have to pay for their mistake. In turn I was told I need to take a picture of the box and the shoes in order to get a return label. WTF?! And companies wonder why sites like Amazon are taking over! Get out of ecommerce if you can't do business!
I ordered 2 shoes received both and 1pair was worn. I had paid for the return shipment and asked for refund and to be reimbursed for shipment. Yes they did credit only for the worn shoes I received but not for shipment cost. I feel that was not good customer service or good business.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I purchase over $100 of shoes from them and still 35+ days later my shoes are no where to be found. Throughout the process I was contacting a local stores near me and they were trying to be as helpful as they could, even calling me back multiple times to check on me, but couldn't do much since the online aspect is different than Shiek stores. I ordered my shoes and 4 days later got a email saying they had to be shipped from a store to the warehouse because they did not have any in stock there. (This was the first sign that I was in for a rude awakening since I read multiple reviews that this happened to multiple people before I ordered these shoes) I then right away emailed support asking what was going on. They responded with a robot automated response copying and pasting the original email I got. I then patiently waited for the time to pass when they would be "in stock." The time came and no one reached out to me. I called the store near me and the girl that answered said that she couldn't even find my order number anymore. I then emailed the support and found out that there was a delay and they didn't have "any answers yet." Then today, 35 days later I asked where my shoes were for the 5th time and got an email stating "your shoes you ordered are out of stock and we won't be getting anymore. We're issuing you a refund." Like... ok? You could have just told me that over a month ago and given me my money back. I am now hoping that I actually get this $ back and don't have to deal with the same disgusting customer service ever again in my life. It is pretty bad when the store associates of the same company talks so badly of the website representatives/way the business is ran. Do not use this store to buy shoes online. I would recommend going in store if possible and if not I would rather wear no shoes for the rest of my life then go through that again.
Placed an order, charged my credit card, received order update 4 days later after I reached out to customer service and the item was back ordered. I have asked for a full refund and will see how long this takes and how many times I need to reach out to customer service.
If you can't run an ecommerce business correctly then just stop. You don't charge a credit card without the product in stock. Very shady.

My family members shopped here and received a pair with 2 rights or dirty merchandise. Now I've worked here couple of years ago as a "cleaner", the person who gets a cart of merchandise and check if they are clean, if not I had to clean them up and put them in a plastic back and make a new box, for they can look new. It was a part time job but they made us work like if we were part time with no benefits and the supervisors were not leaders either, they would write you up so quick for a little mistake you did. They would fire people after couple of weeks or the most after a month. They expected the workers to clean a cart of merchandise in 10 mins, but it all depends what kind of merchandise you will receive, some things are so dirty or the box is so ripped, you would have to take your time to actually clean like they want you to and make a new box. But their case is that they have tried it ONCE OK, ONCE and they said it took them 10 mins. BUT those supervisors didn't do it daily where you will so many messed up merchandise. No wonder they are getting sued!
Don't use this site. They sent absolutely wrong size (2 sizes up) and I had to pay for return a half of shoes price. Waist of money!
