I purchased 4 dresses and paid an average of $29-$38 dollars each. Shopping the website I thought that was what I would get when they finally arrived I wanted to F** cry! They weren't as described looked totally different from the advertised pictures it looked like a fing curtain! Returns are impossible worst company! Don't waste your money I would upload photos but I through them out that's how bad they were!

Lesson learned. I ordered some boots and paid for expedited shipping. Didn't get expedited shipping, and boots are definitely NOT the boots they put in picture. The picture on their website is stolen from Duck Feet. I have emailed them regarding a return, but after reading everyone else's comments, I'm probably out of luck. AVOID THIS SITE!

Buyer beware. These are the cheapest boots ever, shipping is slow and they will not take them back or return my money. Huge scam. I am so mad I was duped. They know their boots are crap because they offered me $3 for me NOT to send them back. I even shared the photo of their return policy and it got me nowhere. Do not buy from this company!

I ordered a pair of boots that looked nothing like the picture. And upon lacing the hooks popped off. When I inquired about a return they ignored my emails. This is a horrible company and unfortunately a costly lesson.

I have only received 1 out of 3 items ordered. I placed my order around 12/26/19, and I have attempted to call contact number listed several times. The number just rings or message is in Chinese; nevertheless, i have not received paid products or any communication.

I am requesting a refund for items not received.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE ON WEBSITE ONCE 90% OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE POOR!

This will be the last time I purchase anything online from a company without checking the reviews first!
I'm not looking forward to seeing the 2 pairs of riding boots for $109.00 I purchased if I even receive them at all...

This is a scam! They took my 38.00 for a pair of shoes and I never got them! Total BS! Scammers to the max!

Don't EVER order from this company! I'm warning you, this is a SCAM! I ordered a swimsuit from them 8 weeks ago and it still hasn't come! When I tried to contact them, they wouldn't respond. I tried through email and Instagram and they haven't responded! I'm telling you, if i could give it a negative rating, I would, because this is crap. I want a refund and they just wont respond! Don't loose your money on some crappy website scam. Go find a better "company" than this one.

I paid extra for expedited shipping. They did NOT meet the timeline. It took 16 days to receive my package. I've contacted customer service at LEAST 10 times. They refuse to credit me back the extra money I paid to be "expidited". Boots were VERY CHEAPLY MADE, smelled like toxic fumes, and look like they are dress up shoes that a child would wear with a Halloween costume. Terrible product, terrible customer service! Buy AMERICAN!

I agree with everyone's negative reviews. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed. I waited months for boots to arrive. I received the wrong item- cheap crappy boots. They weren't even close to what I ordered. When I reached out to the company they offered a $10 refund. Totally unacceptable considering I paid $54 for an item I never received. I gave them several opportunities to fix the situation and they did nothing.

Of cheap crap. Does not look at all like the picture. No one would possibly wear it- material is horrid, its so cheaply made and it is not a size medium like I ordered. Threw it in the rag bag. Stay away from this scammy company. Stupid me should have read all the negative reviews-

I ordered a cardigan and got some cheap knockoff that is no where near close to what they had on their site. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of what I ordered because by the time I received my item it was off the website. They claim my item is out of stock so I can exchange for something else or they can issue a refund if I pay for return shipping to China. It's a total scam

I purchased 2 pair of shoes from Sheinlove for a trip. They arrived in less than 3 days. Once I opened the package, a STRONG odor came from them. My son had to leave the room it was making him sick. I opened the shoes, and they immediately did not look like what I had ordered, but a version of what I had ordered. I decided to try them on. They are not even wearable. The back strap that goes behind your ankle is too short. The top strap that goes over your foot is too long and has elastic. It looks like they put the straps on backwards. There is also stitching that will give in no time at all. When I reached out for a refund, they asked me to send photos. I did. Then they recommended I give them to a friend because the shipping will be so expensive. I told them, not my problem since it states if it is an inferior product, they will pay for shipping. Still waiting to hear back. I copied in PayPal to see if they can retrieve my money. STAY FAR AWAY!

Overall I have been very satisfied with the clothing iv'e received they compliment what I am wearing I have received a lot of compliments on how I wear them. But the thing that impresses me the most is the personal service they give, they have always made things right, they are fun to wear. Thank you Shein

I placed an order one month ago and paid for expedited shipping. What a joke. Nothing has come. I keep demanding and they keep telling me it's on its way.

Bought a pair of boots through PayPal from this company and when I received the boots they were absolutely nothing like the picture the quality was horrible and the size was wrong. When I contacted them they did not respond until I got PayPal involved at that point I had to pay to return the shoes back to them which cost me $35 the boots were $54. Let this review be a warning to anyone that's looking to have their stuff shipped all the way from China from a company that does not represent its products $#*! they should. Do not buy anything from them

I ordered 8 items from Sheinlove after having a very good experience with the online store Shein (note; the quality of items sold by these two stores is night and day!). Suffice is to say that Sheinlove did not measure up. Each item was of poor quality. One dress had ripped in two places after one wearing. Please don't waste your money on these clothes. I will note that customer service was pretty good. My order was shipped in several parts, and when I emailed to ask where some of the items were, I received fast and friendly responses.

Please don't shop here. It is NOT worth it. Items are not as described and of extremely POOR quality. I am still trying to get my money back and they are very difficult to work with despite their policy stating they will provide a FULL refund if items are not as described. The black sweater was so loosely woven and the material is vastly different that advertised. The pink sweater's material looks like a rug from the 70's. It is clear that they just duplicate images they find on other sites and make them as cheaply as possible.

Find another place with good reviews if you are looking to shop online.

I have been going back and forth with their customer service for over a week now. They sent me the wrong item and would not refund my money. They wanted me to pay the ship the wrong item back and then they'd refund me. I would have to ship it to China, so it would cost me more to ship it back than I even paid for the shirt! They would only give me a partial refund: $5 of the $15 I spent. But I'm not going for that. It's absolutely terrible. Do not take a gamble on this place. Not worth it.

I don't understand why when you Google a certain item mainly clothing why all these Chinese websites come up with these cheap prices and a picture of the item you want but when you order it it looks nothing like the picture u don't know how Google can let this happen it really aggravates me and I will get to the bottom of it! Make sure you Google the reviews on any website that you might be suspicious of because if it seems to good fo be true it probably is!

I ordered 10 swimsuits I paid for express shipping, 3-7 days. On day 9 I had not received a tracking number yet and was concerned and emailed asking for one
They responded saying" your item is a hot sell item so it needs more time "

I ordered ten things...

I emailed again and said that I needed the 10 items within 7 days and that's why I paid for express shipping. They responded back saying" The factory needs to make your item and is it okay we rush deliver when we get your item?"

I responded no, I want a refund now if they aren't even made yet

They didn't even know how many things I ordered and had no idea when they would be able to send them. I asked for a refund in three different emails

The last email I got within 10 days of ordering said" please return your items and we will give a refund, no refund till we get items back"

ARE YOU KIDDING!

They never sent me any items and refused to give me a refund.
They never provided a tracking number and didn't even have the items I ordered the day before I asked for a refund.

Do not order from these Chinese scammers

They use photos of other companies clothes and it's a scam

I would not recommend ordering from Sheinlove! I wish I had read these reviews before making an order. I read the reviews of each item but having received the items, I don't believe these are real reviews. Material used is cheap and the workmanship is terrible. Items do not fall as in the pictures.
Very disappointed.
I have only just sent a request to have 2 faulty items with holes refunded and a refund for a missing item. Hopefully this works out, but after having read the other reviews, I'm not holding my breath :(
