They sat to email them at service@sheinlove.com but it will bounce back as undeliverable.

Unfortunately if you didn't go through PayPal or another company that has a policy to protect you it's going to be hard getting them to do anything and they're going to charge you for return shipping when they make a mistake.

I'm really sorry to tell you this, but this "company" is a known scam Chinese company. They steal pictures from real stores to advertise. They aren't legit. You likely will not get any money back. File a complaint with the BBB and your state attorney general. Sorry.
