“The WORST EVER!”

I have only received 1 out of 3 items ordered. I placed my order around 12/26/19, and I have attempted to call contact number listed several times. The number just rings or message is in Chinese; nevertheless, i have not received paid products or any communication.

I am requesting a refund for items not received.
THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE THEY SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE ON WEBSITE ONCE 90% OF THEIR REVIEWS ARE POOR!
