I absolutely love the clothing and other items I've bought from shein! Definitely love the different styles and prices
There is no support. Period. I received a damaged sweater and opened a ticket 20 days ago. No response. Now I can't return them either because it passed 35 days after the purchase date. But it took 2 weeks for me to receive the sweaters, their 30 days return policy is fake! So to avoid trouble, do NOT order from them unless you are sure and don't mind throwing the money away if the item is damaged.
This will be my first time having an issue with shein but today i purchased some boots they charged my card and a few hours later cancelled my order but never refunded the money. This is a big no no for me because i never cancelled the order and i never received a refund. I dont appreciate neither action because before you just cancel an order at least semd the person's money back.
I sent back a single breastfed jacket with pants, 2 casual shirts, and two tee shirts all too small. They did not pay me.for my suit which was 31.46 but they p a I'd me for those cheap shirts, but didn't pay me for my outfit, nor did they send me my outfit back. I will never spend another dollar with them

I placed an order Jan 20th and and received an email with my order # and a Tracking # and have not been able to reach a customer service agent.it says I have no order but I do have my order # and they did take my money of 29.00
I just would like my order if not a refund. This co is not customer friendly it is poor. Sad that they don't have customer service to resolve delivery issues.

1. When customers leisurely add items to their cart, it can be frustrating when many of these items time out and are removed by Shein, requiring the customer to search for them all over again, which is a time-consuming process.
2. After finding the items again, customers then feel compelled to hurry to the checkout process to prevent the items from being removed from my cart again.
3. After checking out, customers then receive an email from Shein notifying me that my items were canceled and asking if I'd like to repurchase them. This communication can be confusing and should be avoided.
4. Personally, as I review my order, I noticed that Shein has added the same item twice, resulting in two identical clothing items. Is this a deliberate strategy to charge customers more?

I have used this company and have spent hundreds of dollars on a weekly basic,and then one of my orders got lost in transits and i order it on August 4,2023 was suppose to arrive between 8/12 to 8/16
All I have been doing is asking for a credit to the wallet so i can spend it with them.
And they keep telling me to wait and track the delivery service.
Then don't want to refund my money for there lost of merchandise.

I've been ordering clothes from SHEIN for a couple of years now. I normally don't take time to do reviews but I do occasionally and they give you points for reviews. The points convert into money off your purchases. I just recently discovered that if you write a negative review, they remove it…which is why you would be hard pressed to find any negative reviews by customers on the site. If your review is published and other customers like it, you earn more points…so why be honest and write anything negative and have them remove your review? They say they only remove reviews if you say something inappropriate or use profanity, etc. I absolutely would never do that.I just wrote a negative review about the fabric of an item being a little cheap and ill fitting…they removed that and a couple other negative reviews. Very deceptive of the company!
And just a side note…there's literally NO customer service…you can't call…no phone support and they say there's a chat and an email support but they don't allow you to access it… it's buried deep under an endless maze of options.

I ordered bracelets, 2 ski maskes, and 3 nose cuffs. I ordered them on December 18,2022, and they still haven't arrived yet. Today is January 2,2023. It says that it is supposed to come between december 31- january 3. Shein is taking so long to ship out orders. I don't like ordering from Shein! It is way overated and dont get me started on the items. The quality is bad! It breaks easliy and feels very cheap.

Why is there no way to contact or get a response from these people? I clicked on the little customer service headphone icon, left a message that the items I sent back to be refunded should have been $70 and they only refunded $40. No one ever responded they just closed the ticket out so I can't even contact customer service about.it.

I recently ordered a lot of clothes because shein clothes is either a hit or miss when you have a curvy body. Sometimes I end up with only one or two pieces that fit me well from my order.
Well I guess my recent big order angered somebody because my order name changed from Elizabeth Z to "Elizabeth will die"
I tried to talk to someone about this odd change but could not talk to anybody. It feels like there is no easy way to contact a customer service representative.
Now I don't feel safe to try on the clothes I was really excited to try on and will just return it all once it arrives...

Half the stuff I ordered didn't fit and all of it is really cheap quality. I decided to try and return the items that didn't fit. So I followed their "easy" 11 step process and it's been weeks and nothing. So I tried calling them. Their phone number listed doesn't work. I tried emailing them. Their email is blocked. Good luck trying to work with this company. I'm pretty sure that there are zero humans running this site.

I thought it was great at first. At first I had no issues and now my stuff keeps getting refunded without me even asking for a refund. I wouldn't have ordered if I didn't want the item. They don't even let you know when they are going to refund an item so you can plan for it. They just refund it without any reasons being given. You can't change your account email. You have to make a new account and you loose the rewards you've accumulated from doing reviews.

I ordered an item with a coupon I had gotten from SHEIN. I've been a loyal customer and they still couldn't help me with an even exchange. I had asked if I would get an exchange before sending it in and they told me yes. I check the return and I'm only getting back what I had pay and not the part of the coupon which is about more than 90 percent of the purchase. They told me to purchase the item again without an even exchange and they couldn't do anything about it.

Currently Shein is offering free express shipping for orders over $45. They use DHL, who marked my order as "delivered", but it has not been delivered. When contacted customer service they said give it another 5-7 days. This is NOT EXPRESS shipping. If you need your item by a certain time give yourself an additional week, even with express shipping option. This is unacceptable service and false advertisement.

I've been trying for three days to have my account deleted. The website's link to Account Security where you're supposed to be able to do that only takes you to another product page. The "live" chat is a bot that directs you to the nonexistent Account Security page. Forget trying to get them on Facebook; I've spent the last two and a half days going round and round with someone who clearly doesn't understand English. I've told them three times to delete my account, and they keep asking me for the order number of the item I want to return. If I have to take legal action, I guess that's what I'll do.

I had a shopping list of 66 items and they sent all but 8 items back to the sender. This was days before it was actually suppose to arrive to my house. The package that they actually sent through to the US has taken the scenic route to my house. I order this stuff in November and it is still not here. It should have arrived on the 6-9, it is now 14th and it is in transit SOMEWHERE! I am seriously disappointed with the whole damn thing...lf you need something do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!
