Recently I just ordered two dresses from this site. They were super cheap, good quality, really lovely and HOT :) The shipping was fast! Hope they will have a new collection soon.
I bought items from this site and i asked it will deliver to door step without any extra charge and when item's reach Egypt through china and mentioned from Shein ( not Sheglam) i find on deliver they asked me for around 38$ extra which over than half amount of payment so i asked sheglam to refund me the money back and customer svc was treat me negatively and there refund policy ( exp.We don't care about ur problem) then i asked to recheck with ur manager and since that time they don't reply on msg. Or answer me anymore.
I find my self the items will return to them 21days and no refund, I'm losing my money in both way and i had to bay the customs.
Refund police said they only refund bad items or damage one but for the new items not delivered for out hand issue or even try to solve the problem.
Even they add 90$ as minimum payment to waive shipping for Egypt compare to other countries which is 40$ or 60$ and yet we didnt asked why?!
Shein company pay to customer once they have same experience to satisfy the client.
I will not buy anymore from them or recommended to anyone.
They need to fix the refund policy and be solving the customers issue in professional way and better attitudes.
