I've made 2 purchases with them. The first order was shipped to the wrong zip code, and had to be reshipped: it took 25 days since the purchase date to arrive at my place. The second one hasn't arrived yet, and it was shipped -to the SAME WRONG zip code - 26 days ago. I have been waiting for more than a month since the purchase date, and there's no indication that I'll get it any sooner.
DO NOT BUY WITH THEM.
Received several Black Friday emails from Sheet Music Plus promoting a Black Friday sale offering 15% off your order, 50% off shipping, and a promise of a $10 off coupon for a future order. I followed all the rules ($30 minimum, entered the promotional code) and none of these discounts were reflected in my order. When I reached out to the company I received no explanation and was told to just submit the order as is and they would just adjust the order on their end. I don't believe for a minute that they would actually adjust the order once they got my money, and I thought their response was pretty cavalier, so I just ordered form another site - at a lower price.

Checked my order status later and found it canceled without any communication or explanation. Contacted them and the rep accused me of being fraudulent, no explanation or justification.
Even though they canceled the order, they did not refund my payment and I had to chase after it.
I do not like being accused of fraud for no reason. Do you?
My item was shipped April 23rd and still have not received it. Customer Service is not very helpful at all. Called to inquire about my package and stated I had a time frame in which to receive this item, and that time frame was in within a reasonable amount of time. Was told to give it another week. I explained that it appears to be stuck at a post office and asked if they could look into it. They made no effort to inquire with that post office. My only option was to wait it out. Sent a followup up e-mail addressing my concerns and was told I had already spoken to an agent and "Agreeded" to give it more time. If the conversation was recorded, you will see that I did not agree to wait. Total waste of my time and was frustrated beyond belief. This company needs to state how their items are being shipped. If you provide a PO Box number, there will be massive delays since they ship UPS from their location and them it is rerouted from UPS to USPS where your item will be in limbo for weeks. They have reviews that verify the fallacy of this method, yet they fail to address this situation and correct it. No concern here for customer service. If you must order from these people make sure you provide a physical address or you may never see your item. If you're only option is a PO BOX, shop somewhere else or you will be greatly disappointed.
Ordered 2 pieces of music. Paid for 2 day air, company shipped with "standard delivery" instead. I requested a refund of the overcharged shipping. The package tracking log shows it traveling by Fedex Ground and it is going to be late on a guaranteed delivery paid in advance shipping charge. They changed the order to standard shipping after it was billed and paid but I have a screenshot of the 2 day air charge and the changed to standard shipping showing the 2 day air rate billed. Going to my bank tomorrow to find out what to do about the overcharge if they don't respond.
Ordered a book of Philip Glass compositions. Thoroughly impressed at the quality. Fast shipping too.
This is a great online shopping experience. Well presented website. Reviews from other users are very helpful. Shipping is prompt and customer service is excellent.
There are previews of most all the music - a page or two of each selection. They sell music for all instruments as well as choral music and instruction books.
Update on this review- the business contacted me after receiving my BBB complaint. They offered to refund my money.
While I greatly appreciate this and they appear to care about their customers, I would make sure that you check on the printing options before you buy from their website. I'm struggling with a revised star rating. I originally gave this business one star. I'm now upping it to 3 stars because they did reach out to give me a refund, which is an above average outcome for an original bad experience.

WARNING! You can't print music from this website without downloading a plug in which both Chrome and Firefox deemed insecure. I was unable to print out the music I paid for.
There was no warning that a download of a plugin would be required. I recommend using some other sheet music website. This one is a stinker. I've put in a complaint to the BBB.
I'm a professional musician. Before Amazon, this site may have been the go to place to get sheet music. Your neighborhood music store will also use this site to order your music. I ordered a piece of sheet music recently, and ordered express shipping too because my need was immediate. Never got here. I got an email this week saying that it was returned as undeliverable. They refunded the sheet music price but when I called about being made whole for the shipping, they said pretty much, too bad, not our problem, go chase down the shipper and complain to them. I suspect that they didn't get the addressing right.
Lessons learned: I should've gone with my gut and ordered Amazon even if it wasn't under Prime shipping. I would've at least gotten it. Also, Amazon hands down has much better pricing. Even if you use the publishers' websites, you'll get equal pricing (and prob less shipping) through them. However, if you want to wait forever to get your music, pay over standard shipping prices and chance that it might not get to you, absolutely, go with sheetmusicplus. For me, never again. If I'm going to get screwed over, at least I want it to feel good.
When I read complaints on this site about their services, i was worried that, I'll get my order or not. But it was miracle I got my order even before the deadline.

Answer: Hi, It's given straight after payment. You receive a confirmation email where you're given a link to your digital library. The download is a printable PDF. I would urge you, if you are getting a transposition, to see that, in the bit you can see, the musical grammar is correct.
