Ordered 2 pieces of music. Paid for 2 day air, company shipped with "standard delivery" instead. I requested a refund of the overcharged shipping. The package tracking log shows it traveling by Fedex Ground and it is going to be late on a guaranteed delivery paid in advance shipping charge. They changed the order to standard shipping after it was billed and paid but I have a screenshot of the 2 day air charge and the changed to standard shipping showing the 2 day air rate billed. Going to my bank tomorrow to find out what to do about the overcharge if they don't respond.
