It is November 11th and I am waiting on my order from APRIL. Excuse after excuse. They shut down their email for a bit, so you couldn't even reach them. At the end of august I finally got a response and was told I could get my order and be one of the first orders to ship out. Clearly not true, as I reached out AGAIN after the store had been reopened for about 2 weeks and today I get a response that some items are discontinued and I could get a partial shipment and refund for discontinued items or a full refund. Why did they not reach out to me originally to let me know this? This company is horribly run, and the months of their break clearly was not used to make any improvements. I asked for a partial refund and shipment, just to see how much longer I would have to wait out of pure curiosity. I seriously wonder how many people forgot about their orders and will never see those items shipped to them and no refund. Due to the fact I, the customer, had to reach out and remind them of the fact I paid for my order in April and haven't received anything, I wouldn't be surprised they do not reach out to others. How many people have they stolen from? I have no doubt in my mind that had I not reached out, they would have never reached out and never returned my money or sent my order. Dishonest people.Do not shop here. It isn't worth it. All the good reviews you see on their website and social media make this company seem great. That is because they clearly filter out negative comments. I know that to be a fact because my comment was deleted during the summer.
UPDATE: I finally got a refund, all I had to do was comment on the owner, Sarah McClain's Facebook picture, message her directly, email them saying I was going to report them to the FTC (which I did) and I got my refund an hour later. A friend I had recommended this brand to a year ago has also been waiting to receive her products or a refund and when she emailed about reporting them to the FTC she also got a refund. If you are still waiting, report them to the FTC for this insanity and then send sheabakery an email about it, you'll see your refund.
The artistry and attention to detail is beautiful, the scent is delightful. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!
Answer: I love this company! Not sure why some people claim they never received anything. I've been buying for 5 years and never had a problem. My 16 year old suffered from severe acne and the clearing kit healed her almost completely in just 13 days. Will keep supporting, love you guys!
Answer: I've seen candles like the ones they make on Etsy but not nearly as detailed and original.
