Here goes my 1st online website review. Never wrote one before, lazy me :) I bought a maroon cotton silk sari for my mom from Shatika online. My mom loved her sari. I know shatika through Facebook but I never heard about them before might be because I stay abroad. So, I was kind of worried about the quality of the product. I also read some other reviews mentioning that their online product quality is not as great as their store products. But yay! My mom liked her sari and its quality too. I will definitely shop from shatika soon. My only concern is please fix the problem related to checkout process. I was not able to complete my order directly online. It was showing an error. Customer support tried to fix but it did not work. I had to ask my friend in India to transfer the money. Took time and patience.
