I ordered the sandals. When I tried to return them they refused. They told me they would give me a 10% refund only.
They suggested that I give them away or donate them.
What a scam company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Biggest fraud ever
July 2, 2019

I ordered sandals but never received them. They came all the way from China which explains the screw up. They told me too late to cancel, but guess what, I reported them.
My bank credit card sent my complaint to their fraud dept. Do not do business with these
Idiots. I learned a lesson. Don't trust aliens.

I purchased this bra with high expectations but was let down with a thud. Not only did I have to wait almost 4 weeks to receive the bras from China, the bra was nothing as described. I ordered a large because I wear a 10 top/dress. When I got the bra and tried it on, it had absolutely no support, the fabric was cheap, and my back started hurting almost immediately. When I contacted the customer support by e-mail to find out how to return, I was asked to send photos of the measurements I had taken. When I said I just wanted my money back, I was told "Since the international shipping fee is quite high and the shipping time takes up to 3-4 weeks for the individual package so I normally don't recommend the return solution." So I will NOT be returning the items and will have to eat $75 for three bras. Oh, and I just saw the same bra for $9.99 on another site, and not the $24.99 I paid via PayPal. I do not recommend this product or dealing with this company.

Scam

I realize now what a fool I am. I had the exact experience as others in these reviews. I tried to return a product one day after receiving it and they told me to donate it to someone else and they would give me a 10% discount. I'm sure they won't even do that! Unfortunately, they will catch many others before they read these reviews! Lesson learned, don't buy off pop up ads!

Scam don't buy

I wish I had read the reviews first this company is nothing but a scam I ordered shoes and then found them on Amazon for half the price I immediately canceled my order with sharperday and they refused to refund my card which they charged immediately it's been 2 weeks of runaround and back and forth emails to no avail no refund no shoes I am beyond disgusted... please heed my advice do not order anything from them I only gave them a star because I had too if I had a choice it would be negative 10 stars! Miley helped me with my order and process. My physician had sent in a subscription and she helped me fill my order of supplies and gave me an option on specials for the moment. She explained everything in regards to my order, shipping, and insurance claim information.

The sandals are so beautiful and comfortable.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Saw ad on Facebook, ordered a pair of shoes, changed mind overnight but no phone # shown anywhere, emailed cancellation, not good enough, can only cancel within 6 hours, now we have yo eat 30% of order total even though nothing was done or even shipped. WAY TOO MUCH FINE PRINT. Later we found exact same shoes new on ebay for 1/4 the price.

O stars - these guys are a rip off. I purchased a tablet for my son to draw on. They advertise it as a way to keep them less interested in your cell phone for young kids. First of all it came in another language so I have no idea how to use it. It's total garbage from China and when I complained to customer service and told them I wanted to return they wrote me back saying... oh you are silly your child will love it, all our American customers do, you just don't know how to use it because it's in another language? Ugh I'm so annoyed and highly recommend you DO NOT ORDER anything from them it's a scam

I emailed them to cancel when the order didn't arrive on time. I also found this site and read all of the negative reviews. Of course, they didn't follow my instructions and cancel... instead they shipped the product. It's a piece of junk and doesn't remotely come close to their claims or accurately depict the performance advertised on their Facebook ad. I opened a complaint with American Express. I'm attempting to return the product, but the only return address is in China. Sharperday customer service (if you can call it that) is unresponsive.
BUYER BEWARE.

I cancelled an order within the 3 hour time period as their policy states. Should have received a full refund. Miley Ho's email responses were just pure BS. First they were going to refund 70% of the cost and a check was ordered. Never received a check. Then I was told I could apply my refund to another purchase of my choice. Then I was told the purchase was already processed and mailed out. I was told to let her know when I received the items. Never received them. Every e-mail from this Miley Oh was just pure BS/CRAP. When the items were eventually received I was told they couldn't return or refund the purchase amount. Every e-mail from this Miley Oh conflicted the previous one. I was going to report them to the Better Business Bureau but at that point I was just done wasting my time with this fraudulent company. Thank God it wasn't a large amount of money. I should have used a credit card for the purchase so I could have disputed the charge. I used a debit card and couldn't dispute this. Lessen learned - always use a credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FRADULENT COMPANY! READ ALL THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS!

I purchased a hair dryer/styler from this company. It took 8 weeks to be delivered. I loved the product for about 8 weeks and then it started smelling like it was burning, then turned off. I contacted them and they were very short in their reply saying it was past their 15 day warranty. Well it DID work for 15 days, so it's ok not to stand behind your product on day 16? Terrible company, don't trust them. I'm out $70 and they couldn't care less, they got their money.

I purchased a hair dryer in February 2019. It's June 4th. My hair dryer caught on fire. I wrote to this company to have then exchange it for a new one.
They responded by saying they couldn't help me because it was past 15 days. Don't purchase from this company, they don't stand behind they're products.

BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a hair dryer with reading the terms that merchandise can be returned with refund within 15 days. As soon as I received, I realized that with my type hair I cannot use it. I reached out immediately to start the return/refund process to only be told AFTER emailing 3x's that it cannot be returned. This is absolutely false advertising.

Trash company

So I made the mistake of entering the wrong apartment number to my shipping address. I confused it with my work address suite number which was my fault, but mistakes happen right? We're all human.
I email them and ask if they can refund me since the case was returned to them. The representative "Molly" emails me back and says I should have checked with them sooner and that they can only offer me a 15% discount on another case.
This is what you get when you order from a small sketchy company like this. I am so angry.

I ordered a Fabhair: One-Step hair dryer & volumizer styler online from either Facebook or Instagram. Buyer Beware. It is a total scam. First it took over a month to get this JUNK from China. Second it is a very cheap copy of a similar Revlon product. Even though I processed this via PayPal for protection, they have been slow in responding and now my 15 day window to return this piece of garbage is closed. DI NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Lesson learned: research the Company provider first. There is a lot of substandard Chinese copies of real products and they are far more expensive than buying it locally.

I ordered an iphone case. It took over 1 month to arrive and then arrives in some generic box from china. The case does not match the one they show in the fancy adverts. The one I received is just for the back of phone and the ad shows a hinged case with front and back.

The DeepJet "high pressure" power washer that I purchased through Sharper Day turned out to be a poorly constructed hose attachment that produces a low pressure spray. You can purchase a solid brass hose nozzle for $5.00 that will give you equal or better pressure. Sharper Day does not offer a refund if you are not satisfied with this product.

Do NOT Order from this company. Not only is Molly N. Extremely rude, she doesnt know how to do her job! I ordered something for my company based on what someone sent me and then they realized its the wrong product. So I tried to communicate with them to return the product but Molly N. Not only doesnt understand english, she is very rude! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Products come from China.
